The carriage, drawn by two beautiful white horses of race, was about to leave. Alyssa rushed near the door to get in: to his surprise and regret, the person recommended by Tyrion was his brother Jaime.
"Lady Alyssa, Tyrion had made it clear last night, no dawn." His insolence was so irritating, that Alyssa did not bother even to answer. The way to do it was very long, and Alyssa knew that more time lost, less were the chances of rescuing Tyrion.
"Lord Jaime, if we do not find Sansa?" "Well, our trip would be a waste of time." "But if we find her, your father and your sister would be ready to kill her." "She will be protected, she is a witness." During the journey, Alyssa fell asleep several times, but her status was always on the alert. She did not trust Jaime Lannister. After an uninterrupted day trip, they stopped at an inn, where they spent the night in two separate rooms.
Arrived above, Alyssa tried to cool off, even if the water was dirty and had a brown complexion. She perfumed herself and went down for dinner. The inn was half-empty, fortunately. Jaime got out after Alyssa, he had changed too, but you could see his unshaved beard that he had not had time to cut. The dinner took place accompanied by an awkward silence.
They returned to their rooms after it and they said good night. Alyssa was putting on her robe night, which left no room for the imagination since it was transparent and showed off her pale skin. As she brushed her hair somebody knocked. She was not going to open, she did not know who was and did not want to know. But it continued to knock. Alyssa annoyed and irritated opened the door and found Jaime Lannister still in his armor.
"Jaime, what do you want?" "Lady Alyssa I have to talk to you about something." "Now? I do not think this is time and the right place. "She said cold. Jaime seemed sorry and sad, but Alyssa did not feel compassion. "Yes, excuse me. I'll get it when you need to. " Alyssa, perhaps regretted not having listened to what he had to tell her , sat near the door watching him, until he disappeared in the darkness of the inn.
Maybe she did want to know it, because she was afraid of discovering something dark, that would haunt her. She tried to focus on Tyrion, but soon her thoughts moved on the charming prince of Dorne, beautiful as the sun, but sharp as a spear. At dawn they left immediately. Alyssa felt compelled to apologize to Jaime. "Lord Jaime, I'm sorry about yesterday, I should not be rude." "Jaime. Do not worry, this thing can wait. "
That unease that hovered in the air, was crumbling, Alyssa thought that there should have been a reason to why Tyrion trusted him. "Where are we now?" Alyssa asked. "In the Valley of Arryn, two more days and we will arrive." "Have you ever been on the Wall? Your brother have been there, he told me how it is" "No, I do not like the cold." Jaime seemed sad and detached again. So Alyssa was silent.
After two days they finally arrived at the Black Castle. Before knocking Jaime looked at Alyssa, almost to seek her support. The guards asked him to pronounce their names. "I am Jaime Lannister, I came here for Jon Snow."
After a few minutes the huge door opened and they entered. Before them it created a black spot, from which a boy, leaned forward. His hair was matted and blacks urchins on his face, scars on the face. "Why, you, Lannister, you had the courage to come here to look for me, having exterminated my family?" In the boy's words were a rage and a repressed hatred, which was accentuated by his tremble.
"Jon Snow, I came in peace, my brother Tyrion Lannister has been falsely accused of regicide, and hoped to have from you, news about your sister, Sansa, some witnesses thought she is with you." "Women here are not allowed." An old man said. "Well then you have to excuse me, but my presence is more than necessary." Alyssa took off his cap and all the men were struck by her beauty, especially the angry guy .
"I'm Alyssa Targaryen Tyrell, and a friend of Tyrion Lannister. I know what happened to your family, and I know what you are feeling, but please, if your sister is here, we do not want to hurt her, she is a potential witness to exonerate Tyrion, but if you do not want help, not blame you . " Jon was struck by these words full of decision and firmness. "Sansa is no longer here with me, Littlefinger took her away." At those words,  Alyssa and Jaime sighed with fear, the fear of impotence.
