EDITED
Alright-some notes before you begin:
If you see "Edited" at the top of the chapter, that means I've rewrote it.
I changed Felix's name to Kodi- just as a note.
There may be some other slight changes so, just ask if you're confused. Hope you enjoy!

<Hailey's POV>
"Hey Hailey, are you even listening?"
I flinched and averted my gaze to the girl next to me, her hands on her hips. There was my roommate, Trinity. Her hair was pulled up in a sloppy ponytail, the dyed purple strands standing out from her usual blonde color. She wore her regular orange tank top and a pair of pajama pants.
"Sorry Trinity. I'm a bit out of it today," I admitted, scratching my head. Trinity groaned and playfully hit my arm.
"Cheer up. You'll do fine," She exasperated and I smiled. Of course she would say that.
"Thanks," I replied and sat up. "What time is it?"
"6:00," Trinity answered as she checked her watch. "Time to get ready."
"Ok," I flashed an enthusiastic grin and leapt up. Quickly, I darted pass Trinity and rushed to our bathroom. "I call dibs!"
"Jerk!" I heard Trinity whine and a smile appeared on my face. Let's do this. I quickly pulled my hair up into a ponytail- luckily, it was already detangled from last night- and brushed the stray strands behind my ear. Trinity says I should dye it bright blue but, I like it as it is- a nice and warm autumn brown color. Simple.
Believe it or not, I took a warm shower last night so, that cuts off 10 minutes from my usual routine. Finishing off my routine, I brushed my teeth and left the bathroom. Trinity was waiting at the door, tapping her foot.
"Finally," She joked and step-sided to avoid hitting me. I smirked and headed over to the dresser. Since it was suppose to be a relatively warm day, I decided on wearing a short-sleeved shirt and some blue shorts. The usual for me, I guess.
After putting those on, I grabbed my backpack, which was resting near the corner of my bed, and put my supplies inside. A notebook, my pencil pouch, my class schedule and folders and the keys for our dorm- that's all my supplies.
"Hey Trinity, we have to go to the stadium for the test, right?" I called out to her and she poked her head out of the bathroom.
"We go to our first class then, the stadium," She corrected and disappeared. I bit my lip and zipped my backpack up, before slinging it on my arm.
"Right," I sighed and felt around my wrist to make sure my bracelet was there. This was all I had left from my Mom. She was a scientist at some lab and disappeared one day. All that was left behind was this bracelet with a heart carved from oak wood. My dad gave it to me before I left for the Academy and he left to go to the Elite Four- he was given the job as the fire-type one.
"Let's go," I looked up and Trinity had already gotten ready. She had changed clothes into her navy blue jacket and some jeans. Trinity gets cold easily.
"Ok," I followed her out the door- Don't worry I have shoes on- and I locked the door behind us. We are on the second floor on the dorms so, instead of waiting for the elevator, we usually use the stairs.
The lobby is chilled by air conditioner- as it usually is- and at the corner of my eye, Trinity shivered. A snicker escaped my lips and Trinity spun around, her emerald eyes narrowing.
