Chapter 8-We're here!

"Let the battle began!" Felix's voice rang through the forest and we started. A sense of adrenalin pumped through me and I started.

"Alright Poochyena, use Bite!" I shouted and Poochyena nodded, swiftly running towards Shuppet. Right before Poochyena could get to him, Shuppet disappeared, without Trinity's command. Poochyena face-planted on the ground, dirt flying up.

"Good Shuppet, use Shadow sneak!" Trinity returned and Shuppet reappeared, hitting Poochyena in the back.

"Pooch!" She cried and fell. I held my breath and she struggled up.

"Poochyena, try to run at Shuppet and tackle him!" She nodded and tackled Shuppet, and bite into his flow cape thing. But, her teeth went through it causing him to fall.

"It's Ghost! Use Shadow Sneak!" Trinity chuckled and Shuppet disappeared. Poochyena looked around, fear on his face. She didn't, maybe, no She'll have to take it!

"Poochyena, run around to get him confused, in circles!" I suggested and she began to run around. Shuppet appeared dazed but, quickly regained and hit Poochyena. Dust surrounded her and I gasped, hope demolishing.

"Pooch..." Poochyena appeared, fainted on the ground. I quickly returned her and added, "Great work, girl," I glared at Trinity who was grinning innocently.

"Go, Kecleon!" I shouted and Kecleon crawled out, smiling.

"Use Faint Attack!" I quickly spoke before Trinity could talk. Kecleon disappeared like Shuppet had before and appeared behind Shuppet, hitting him. Shuppet flinched and fell, fainting on the spot. I was surprised but, happy. Trinity returned him and whispered him.

"Go, Spheal!" She sent out Spheal and he smiled happily.

"Use Powder Snow!" Spheal held his breath and sent out a storm of snowflakes. Kecleon didn't really mind but, why did she do it?

"Use Fury Swipes, Kecleon!" I commanded gently and he nodded, racing forward and unleashing his claws.

"Dodge and use Water Gun!" Trinity countered and Spheal rolled to the side. Kecleon knew what was happening and flipped onto his back and jumped up, slashing Spheal. Spheal used Water Gun, spraying water and Kecleon claws hit the water with force.

"Kelc!" Kecleon hissed and did what he wanted. Spheal wanted to do that too. Me and Trinity watched in amazement as they fought. Kecleon swiped Spheal who rolled back, trying to roll onto Kecleon but, Kecleon rustled him down. He used a beam of rainbow colors on Spheal, which I believe was Psybeam. Spheal squeaked and began to glow.

"He's evolving!" I managed to say and Spheal's shape changed. A Sealeo replaced him and I studied him. He had blue fur with a cream underbelly. He also had cream spots on his fur. His grayish mustache was cut up and he had big, black eyes.

"Sealeo!" He yelped and faced Trinity.

"Use Ice Ball!" She stuttered and he made a large ice ball, throwing it at Kecleon. He dodged but, was too late. The ice hit him, knocking him unconscious.

"Good Work," I murmured and returned him. "Want to go Umbreon?" I asked.

"Um!" She smiled and rushed out, fur bristling.

"Use Water Gun!" Trinity told Sealeo and Umbreon rocketed to the side as the water flew to her.

"Quick Attack!" I nodded and she darted forward, speed building up. She hit him hard and he went flying, hitting a tree.

"Seal..." He moaned and Trinity grunted, returning him. 

"Go, Budew!" She raised her hand up, sending her out. She swayed and darted forward.
