EDITED

<Hailey>

I reluctantly grabbed the papers, thanking the teacher, before rushing back to my seat. Breathe. After I got pass the crowds, I sat down and slowly looked down.

Test #1: Type Results- Hailey Pennington's two types are Fire and Dark. Her appointment for the Avondale Ranch is 4:15PM after the test results.

She got fire due to what she seemed to have- a loyal, fiery spirit and an outgoing but, shy personality. She also has a cunning and mischievous way- giving her Dark.

Test #2- Job Results- Due to Hailey's kindness to Pokemon and her loyal spirit, we decided she shall be a Nurse with the side job of a Ranger. With this duty, battling will be involved.

I practically lit up as soon as I scanned the pages. All the worry from earlier almost seemed to vanish in an instant.

"Hailey!" Trinity shoved her results in my hands and took mine.

Test #1-Type Results- Trinity Pratt's two types are Grass and Ice. Her appointment for the Avondale Ranch is 4:15PM after the test results.

That's the same time as mine. I wonder if that's because we're roommates.

She got leaf from her nature personality- thoughtful but, can be dangerous. She also got ice due to her icy outbursts when upset.

Test #2- Job Results- Due to Trinity's energetic and tough attitude, we decided that she shall be an elite four trainer after attending Ben's School for Gym Leaders.

Elite Four. Something erupted in my gut- something that I rarely felt with her. Jealously.

"Awesome! We can go to the Ranch now- it's 4:00!" Trinity interrupted my thoughts and without much force, a smile appeared on my face. She deserved that job. I'm going to be happy for her.

"Let's go!" I hollered playfully and we raced up the stairs and to the lobby. Most people had started to leave by now so, it was packed. But, we made it through and outside we went. The sun had begun to go down and clouds peeked over the horizon. Since the stadium is near the Ranch, it only took a minute. When we got there, it was full of students. And, I mean FULL. The line stretched out to the tree about 25 feet from the entrance. A LOT of students. Trinity checked her watch and groaned.

"4:05," She sighed, leaned on a tree by the gate. I gazed at her and decided we have time.

"What Pokemon do you want?" I asked and she snorted, her eyes lighting up.

"I don't know. Any is good," She smirked and stared at the sky. "All Pokemon are good in their hearts."

"Hm," I nodded and we waited. Waiting seemed to be a thing today. After about a good 10 minutes, a younger woman, known to us as Mrs. Akaka, appeared at the doorway and called out.

"4:15 appointments please!" She smiled as a group of students, including me and Trinity, hurried over to her. As we entered, the sound of various Pokemon greeted us. They were LOUD.

"Alright, now, here are the other helpers that will assist you in finding your 2 partners! My name is Mrs. Akaka and this is Lilligant, my main partner," Mrs. Akaka beamed at us and Lilligant gave a small gesture of a wave.

"Alright, Hailey, Hannah, and Ava, come with me. Trinity, Monica, and Sammie, go with Allie. Mark and Will, go with Gary. Matt and Paul, go with Terry. And, Avery and Louie, go with Sarah," Mrs. Akaka informed us and I followed her off into a room with Hannah (ugh) and Ava. We were seated on a bench, one for each of us.
