a few months passed and everything was going smoothly until they announced that there was going to be a dance held for the end of the year.HOwever you had something else in your mind then who'd you go to the dance with. "What?" You asked gripping on your phone unsure if you heard was true. "Yes...soon enough you'll be transferred into a new school again..." Your driver spoke,he sounded serious and so you felt unease about this since you havent really have the chance to talk about this with your bodyguards. "Hey...Good morning..."Cherry walked pass you with a small gr-..wait...what? You stared at him slightly confused at how he was calm right now."Sup toots!" He suddenly blurt out after drinking milk and at that point you made a poker face 'Oh...he was just thirsty.."(Can I please make a pun? G:No...stop)

"So..found anybody to go at the dance yet?" He asked putting the empty milk carton on the table. "Meh.." you shrugged.You weren't really a party type of girl so you dont really care if you have to just stand there alone and be awkward. But , its the last party..you wouldnt want to suddenly disappear without a word right."(Y/c)...Are you okay!?" Palette was shaking you byh the shoulders. You nodded before smiling at him as usual,he was hyper in the morning unlike his friends.Soon enough Goth and Pj joined you on the table."uh.... I have a confession to make.." You suddenly stood up making all of them stare at you.

"I'm getting tra-.." You were about to continue when Pj suddenly stood up "Hold the phone...now give the phone to me.." He smiled pulling out a cute sweater.It was a normal green sweater with the words 'S.O.S'. "Do you like it!?We made it just for you..."Palette exclaimed excitedly. "Yeah..S.O.S means Sons of Sanses..thats us get it?" Cherry snorted as Goth continued "We made it together..but..It might be a bit too big for you..". You took the sweater of their hands before putting it on."Its warm..." You commented as you feel the surface of the sweater,it was nice to have something that someone made just for you. Their eyes were shining as you put it on "NOw what were you going to say?" Pj smiled as he took a seat again. "Guys...I'm transferring to another school again..and..this dance is like.." you decided to stop talking when their smiles slowly turned into a frown."Its fine,we get it...and we'll be sure to help you with your bags.."Goth muttered forcing a smile.That was a very quiet breakfast,nobody even said anything after the meal..not even palette and that guy has a lot on his mind.

This really wasnt the way you wanted things to go but there was no other option.As the day of the dance was getting closer,leaving you still without a date you became more and more frustrated. The 4 of the skele-guards looked like they were keeping a distance from you but you decided to dismiss it as just your feelings.

"Welcome Monsters!"Palette was the MC for the dance.He was wearing a white tux with a white top hat. "I hope you're ready for the best year end of your lifee!!" he yelled as the students started screaming in excitement. "Now dont forget to vote for the queen and king for this dance!OH and remember!!HAVE FUNN!!" he yelled making the students shrieked louder.You were there in the back,leaning against the wall. You sighed heavily as you see the students dancing along to some very fast paced song.You decided to just hang around...with the food..until:

*You saw Pj

*You saw Palette

*You bumped into Goth

*You realize Cherry wasnt there

---You saw Pj---

You saw Pj coming your way, "Hey.." he gave a gentle smile raising his hand up.You awkwardly nodded and replied with simple "Hi..".There was a long pause between both of you.He didnt seem to have a date,maybe thats why he's just standing there with you.The other monsters were either rocking out to the music or dancing maniacally on the floor. "So...uh...about the transferring thing.." He mumbled rubbing his other arm. "Oh yeah...I told them to let me stay at least until this dance was over...I mean...I really dont want to and its not my choice.." You replied gripping on your dress unable to look at Pj in the eye. Suddenly a slow song 'Thinking out loud' by ed sheeran played and he suddenly stood in front of you before bowing putting his hand out. "Well if you dont mind,I'd like to have a dance with you." You froze there as he did that pose as if he was your long lost prince. You hesitated before taking his hand. He looked up at you before putting his hand on your waist while you put your arms around his neck before he pulled you to the dance floor. "So..tell me something.." He smiled as he stared into your eyes. "Are we never going to meet again?" He has that puppy face again,his eyes sparkling as he swayed you around.

"I doubt that.." you smiled as you both became the centre of attention. It was a dance you'd never forget.

---You saw Palette---

You saw palette leaning against the wall whistling away without a worry.He noticed you watching him and so he waved happily before running towards you and finally tripping on his own shoelace.(Ooof.. e.e) You got worried and ran towards him shaking him by the shoulders "Palette!Palette!" he finally regained his balance and stood up. "Oh hey (Y/n)!I didnt think you'd be here.." He smiled sheepishly as he scratched the back of his skull. "Umm..Palette yes you did...we walked here together.." You replied exposing that clearly he does know you're here. Both of you went back to the table with food aligned on it and he of course started eating as much as he can. "You know palette I'm gonna miss this place.." You mumbled smiling as you looked at all the other Monster dancing to the beat of the song. "I never got to really know everybody here..not even you guys.." You lowered your head before wiping the tears off your cheeks. It was at that moment you realized you might not see them again and that just hurts. Palette suddenly stood in front of you before suddenly hugging your head. "Dont cry... if you do ..I'll cry too...and...and..." he couldnt hold it in either and so he started crying as well.Nobody was really paying attention to you guys, "Dance with me..." He muttered as the intro of the song 'see you again' played. you both started dancing as he put his arms around your waits and you put your hands on his shoulders he suddenly sang quietly letting your foreheads touch "Its been a long day...without you my friend" you slowly looked up before singing with him "And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again.."at that moment both of you cried tears of joy.

it was a night to remember,when the quirky guy suddenly turns into the sweet one.

---You bumped into Goth---

You bumped into goth before looking up at him. "Oh.." He slowly put his hand out to you before pulling you up. "You look pretty tonight..." He smiled and you replied with a sassy pose "Arent I always pretty?" he chuckled as he heard that funny statement. "Ah well..everybody is dancing...why arent you?" he smiled putting his hands inside his pockets. "Oh..I dont really feel like dancing.." You muttered looking away when he suddenly replied "Well thats too bad..I thought I'd have the last dance with you tonight.Your eyes shined at what he just said and you excitedly pull his sleeves,guiding him outside. "So...gloves?" you smiled putting your hands up and he nodding showing he was indeed wearing gloves. You knew he wouldnt want to dance in a crowded place and so the best option is to take it outside.There was a fountain outside and the song from the big hall could be heard. It was 'I'd lie' by Taylor swift,wasnt the best song but it would do. You held his hand placing them onto your hips and you could he see he seemed nervous. You slowly placed your hand on his shoulders before you both started dancing. "Never thought I'd be dancing with death.." You chuckled and he smiled hearing the pun you just made. "You really enjoy making puns dont you?" he asked as he slowly spun you around. "I'm sorry am I doing this right?" He clearly didnt know how to dance but you managed to teach him without words and he was able to finally dance correctly after a while

It was literally a dance with death,but yknow~ Love (LoL)

---You realize Cherry wasnt there---

You realized Cherry wasnt there,and that made you slightly uneasy. You walked back to the mansion only to see cherry sitting outside while smoking.He looked a bit shocked tho,he had a red and black tuxedo on but decided to not go. You looked beautiful to his view,with that white dress on as you stood in the ray of the moonlight."You dont feel like going?" you asked as you sat back beside him putting your hands on your lap. "Nah..I dont feel like it...I dont dance.." he smiled throwing his cigarette away,you slowly leaned on him making him hiss a bit "H-hey...what are yo-.." you cut him off "Shhh..let it happen..." you chuckled as you closed your eyes and he slowly calmed down a bit. "So you're really going to a new school huh?" he muttered as he sighed heavily looking up to the sky,you opened your eyes and replied "Its not like I want to..believe me,I really like it here..with you guys.." He suddenly sat up pulling his phone out before playing a song 'Like I'm gonna lose you' and putting hi hand out towards you. "You got worried about me and didnt have the chance to dance.cmon.. I suck at it but yknow...first time for everything." he mumbled and so you took his hand letting him hold onto your hips as you wrapped your arms around his neck. "Didnt know you're into this type song.." You teased and he replied "Meh..theres a lot you dont know about me..." He smiled until you accidentally stepped on his foot making you both fall on the ground. You both laughed it off when suddenly he started leaning close to you...was this.. "(Y/c)!Cherry!!" Palette suddenly came carrying cakes on plates for both of you.(Cockblock again XD)

well..it wasnt as you expected but at least you got the chance to dance with him...
