Elena

~How you meet

Arriving at your new school, you glance out of your car window and stare at all of the other students as they greet each other and their friends.

Sighing you switch off your car engine before stepping out of the vehicle and locking it. Feeling the burning gazes of the people around you, you ignore them along with their whispers as you confidently walk towards the school entrance.

Entering through the doors of the school you look around in every direction trying to find the office.

With no luck on finding it, you look towards a girl with long brunette hair, brown soft eyes, a soft smile, a nice yet simple red short sleeved v-neck shirt, a black leather jacket, blue jeans and a pair of black sneakers.

Knowing you weren't going to find the office and that you needed to make friends you slowly yet confidently head towards the girl.

"Erm, excuse me, I'm new here and I was wondering would you be able to show me where the office is?" Awkwardly looking at the girl in front of you, you mumble random words out that form a question.

"Uh, yeah sure, I could even take you there if you want?" Smiling towards you the brunette gently closes her locker whilst questioning you.

"Yeah, thanks that would be great". You kindly thank her as you smile a small smile.

"Okay then follow me, oh, my name is Elena by the way". She smiles towards you whilst telling you her name and walking towards were you suppose the office is.

"Y/n". You gently inform her as she continues to lead you towards your destination.

Upon entering the office Elena heads towards the desk with you following behind.

Behind the desk sits a middle aged women with chocolate coloured skin and a kind gentle smile resting upon her face.

"Um, this is Y/N, she's new". Elena leans on to the desk whilst kindly informing the secretary.

"Oh yes, yes, of course, well here is your time table and locker combination. If you have any questions or need any help at all just come ask me and have a great first day sweetheart." Smiling in a grateful manner towards the secretary you grab the time table and locker combination and then turn back towards the office doors with Elena.

"Can I see your time table?" Handing Elena your time table you wait as she scans through it.

"Well, you have first, second, third and fifth period with me, so that's not so bad". Nodding your head in agreement you take back the time table that is being handed to you.

"Thanks for helping me out Elena". Grateful for her help you couldn't help but thank her.

"Oh it's fine, I know how the first day of a new school can be quite intimidating". Thankful for her understanding you both smile at each other before looking forwards to see where you are walking.

"C'mon we better get to class". Elena tells to you as she slightly walks ahead.

"Yeah". You softly agree whilst following your new friend and dreading the rest of the day ahead.
