Chapter Fourteen

I slam my body down on the bed and shove my face into my pillow. "What the hell was that all about" I murmur into my pillow. I close my eyes as I re-live every moment that just happened.

Soon enough I fall to sleep with a frown never leaving my face.

"Shorty get up" I hear Jasmine scream form down stairs. I growl and slowly pull myself out of bed where I head to the bathroom to have a shower. I pull my shirt and shorts off and stare into the mirror, thinking about how my day at school will turn out.

I let out a miserable sigh and step into the shower, letting the warm water fall on my face.

I finally get out, put in my uniform and walk out the door to the bus stop. As I wait there I see two kids walk on the other side of the street. "Riley!!!" I hear one ok the kids shout. It was Beckett with Noah. I wave as Beckett runs at me with Noah running behind her.

"Hey Riley" Beckett says as she gives me a hug. I wrap my arms around her and smile at Noah, who smiles back.

"Hey Ri wanna walk with us" Noah asks folding his arms. "Yeh do ya, please say yes" adds Beckett.

I laugh and nod my head. Beckett cheers and grabs my hand. "This way".

We're all walking down the street, talking having fun it felt awesome to have people in my life that like me for me.

"Hey B I need to talk to Riley for a sec" said Noah with a smirk. Beckett nods and skips off. Noah and I continued walking without saying anything until he grabbed my hand. I jumped then look down at my hand which is entwined with his. My eyes widen. "Calm down Ri" Noah laughs.

I take a deep breath then let out a little giggle. He smiles at me. " never heard you laugh before" he says. I smile and let a little blush come to my face.

"What did you need to talk to me about" I ask. He smiles at me. "I need to talk to you about yesterday".
