Chapter 15// Birthday shock part 2

KAILANI POV

FINALLY going home after a long ass bloody day at school, it was only 6 hours but it felt like 10.
I cant wait for dinner, like just imagine the food mum and di are gonna make oh my lord.
Im gonna go visit chavez after school though, jackson will take me.
"Finally time to celebrate your 18th" Teala smiles and alani nudges me "there is going to be so much tears" alani says and i frown at her "its meant to be happy not sad" i say and she chuckles, what is she up to.
Brad and chase havent left my side since english, i dont know whats going on with them but i feel like jackson told them to keep an eye on me or something, like come on they wouldnt be hanging around me like this unless jackson was here. Weirdos

I see jackson parked up and i run to get front seat and eveyone groans and jumps in the back,
"hey" jackson smiles kissing my cheek okay that gave me butterflies

"hey" i smile back and i turn to see everyone staring,

"cuties" shania smiles leading me to blush, gosh i hate blushing in front of these boys.

"can we go to the hospital, i want to see my brother before we go home" i ask jackson and he looks back at the boys in the mirror and they shrug,

"i was gonna go see tanya after dinner, so how about we go then" he whispers and i nod, thats alright, better than going seperately i guess.

Walking in the massive front doors i see the dining room has been decorated with all the doors shut apart from that room "we're home" i yell and the adults rush out "oh go to the arcade kids, we're just getting dinner sorted" mum says and we all nod but alani and jackson go into the kitchen,

"bet i can beat you in nba" brad says to chase and chase laughs hysterically "mate your dreaming" i laugh at them both argue while they play, im playing pool with teala and she is doing horribly, im on my last coloured ball whereas shes still got atleast three she has to knock in.

JACKSON POV

"chavez" alani cries giving him a hug and a kiss as she walks in the kitchen behind me "hey alani, how you been" he asks quietly,

"oh who cares about me, im glad your back and not stuffed in the head" alani groans hugging him sitting on his lap, everyone laughs at her, shes not crying that much but she has tears in her eyes, but wow

I didnt know chavez was such a big part of the family, knowing them though, they were all probably close as hell.

"guys come sit at the dinner table" mum yells and i see everyone rush into the dining room as the foods being served,

"ah ah dont touch the food yet" jas says hitting brads hand away and he chuckles, Wheres chavez, are they waiting to bring him out. I just want to see my girls reaction,

KAILANI POV

We get called to the table and we all sit, brad reaches for food but mum hits his hand away, i love how close everyone is now.

"okay we are obviously gathered here for kailanis birthday but we have a special guest who we will like to welcome to the family, kailani stand up, happy birthday kailani" di smiles kissing my cheek, okay now somethings definitely going on, by now di has pushed me to an open area just next to the dining table and my heart is completely racing, i glance at alani who has tears in her eyes, jackson looks sympathetically at me and rik looks like hes gonna cry for once.

"jessica" matt yells and i see mum walk out with someone in a wheelchair but shes walking in backwards, who is it,
