This is much harder than I comprehended.
Oh and it's not edited so...

June 1851
Sophia lifted up her skirts as she made her way down the damp steps of the boat. The air around her was cool, just how it has been in London for the past 18 years she had lived there, just how she had liked it. She didn’t exactly plan to be moving to a new town, let alone a whole new place on earth. She was promised it would do her good here; it would be a fresh beginning.
But she had her doubts.
She followed her mother and father silently as they passed through the docks, the air much fresher than it was back home. There were fisherman shouting, and other people in the markets desperately trying to sell their merchandise, as they must have noticed this fleet was of rich and good looking ships, obviously much different to the ones they usually encounter.
“Keep your head down.” She heard her mother whisper, obviously worried about her daughter’s welfare. But she was quite capable of handling herself. Back in London, they would occasionally travel to their country manor, a huge block of land just outside of Birmingham. As a child she used to run around the fields where the horses where, her long blonde hair flowing freely as she was finally free of the city, finally free to be herself.
Her thoughts were interrupted by a large black carriage rolling up next to them, Benjamin Carter, her father, opened the door politely to the women, who stepped in gracefully whilst being wary of their dresses as they did. “Where are we headed?” The driver asked in an accent Sophia couldn’t exactly recognise. “What is the settlement again,” Her mother Victoria muttered, her blue orbs almost identical to hers suddenly lighting up. “Melbourne.” She said in bliss, as they rolled to their new destination swiftly.

The buildings in front of them rose upon the hill, as Sophia looked up at in in awe. This was the rich part of the fields, she thought, looking around more to see men in top hats and servant looking women with baskets picking fruit that lingered on the trees around the roads. They rode down the road further, until they eventually arrived at a large open field, a huge mansion towering over everything in sight. “It’s beautiful.” Sophia said breathlessly, as the carriage rattled to a stop. She stepped out quickly, before taking another look around.
The mansion was a huge two storied cream building, with stables and smaller little cottages surrounding it on the pale green grass. “We will be sharing the house will a few others.” Her father said, but it didn’t even faze her, she was too taken away by the beauty of the place around her. The Carter family walked together to the stairs, Benjamin knocking on the door loudly, signalling to whoever lived in the house the next residents had arrived.
The was a moment of silence, before the door swung open, a boy about Sophia’s age at the door, dressed in what she could recognise as a butler’s outfit. But that’s not what struck her. It was his eyes. They were a luminous blue, just like the colour of the sea in the summer time, his hair also black and his skin pale, just making his eyes stand out even more. Sophia sucked in her breath, careful not to stumble down the stairs from the sight of the boy.
“We are looking for Ms Palmer and Mr Price, are they in..?” Victoria asked, obviously wanting the boy’s name, the boy now bowing slightly in front of her. “William, William Pierce,” He said in a thick British accent. “High Manor’s longest serving butler.” He added, now holding his hand out so they could walk inside. With a suck in of breath, Sophia walked inside, her breath being taken away yet again. The inside was huge, with two winding staircases, a high roof, and the walls covered in granite. Everything was so regal and posh, Sophia couldn’t believe her eyes.
