Leopold is the forefront of industrial prowess in Inacopia. This city provides majority of the electrical power for the nation due to its thriving industry and mechanical advances. Sadly this makes it perhaps the dirtiest city in Inacopia, as the soot from factory chimneys seems to tarnish the very sky. Majority of its inhabitants are mechanical, or at the very least biopunked, in order to deal with the copious amount of pollution. Narrow streets form angular veins that glow gold in contrast to the blackened brickwork of the tall buildings. Although seeming bleak at first, there is still wonder to be found I the streets of Leopold, as mechanical beings and smelter-magicians craft wonders that are exclusive to Inacopia.
