Yes. The country is named after that box of printing paper. I needed inspiration. It is also a pun. Sorry (Not sorry) 

 The name Inacopia is partially derived from the name of the founder, Jacob Inacon,who came from Indigo City to sell paper to the more southern states in the early 1800s. This was before the firstof many Industrial revolutions, where steam would soon carve the way for new technology and machinery. Having established a successful trade route halfway between Indigo City and Arcden, Inacon established a small town for traders and travellers, which blossomed in the mechanical grace of the Emerson Industrial Revolution into the thriving city of Inacopia.
