Evangelion

Evangelion is the capital of Inacopia. The entire city is built on two levels; the street level where shops and town houses line the slender tendrils of cobbled streets, and the upper level, which runs high above on lamp-lit bridges and roadways that grace the sky. Bustling with travelers and traders from all reaches of the country, Evangelion is nothing short of diverse. Techno-tinkerers, magicians,and Sky Lords all make their trade in this city of smoke and street lights. Starting off as a mere trading town, the Emerson Industrial Revolution fueled it to grow into one of the most renowned cities south of the Machimera Floating Islands.
