Her world was crumbling like sand between her fingers. Rocky was gone, her best freind was gone. If she wanted to admit it or not, Amber had to find another horse. Her career was counting on it. No horse will ever replace him. But maybe, they could help with the pain. It wasn't only her emotions that were broken. Amber broke 2 ribs, and her left leg. Even more expense. But she had to keep mobing, no matter how much it hurt. 207 unread emails. Filter out the advertisements, and it still leaves 165. These are all people sympathizing me! She replied to all of them individually, but one in particular stood out. Casandra Wells... She sounds familiar.

Hello, Amber
I am Casandra Wells. I heard about the tragedy at Little Creek Rodeo, and I wanted to say I truly sorry about everything that happened. But maybe I could help. I am going to be retiring soon, and I own Rocky's filly, Moon. She is three years old, and I can no longer ride due to my back issues. If you like, you can have her, no pay. She is very well trained in barrels. Her best time so far is around 14 seconds. But, I would like to help further. I would like to give you 100,000$. Call me at ***-***-****.  My adress is 4567 Westbooke ave. Please accept my offer. I know you need to pay the vet, and the hospital for your injuries. Use my donation to pay those off, and to take care of Rocky.
                                 Best regards, Casandra.

No way! This is unreal! She is giving me Rocky's filly, as 100,000$?! I can't turn this down, but what do I say? Oh, here is a picture of Moon.

She looks so much like Rocky. Too similar. But, if she's got the temperament of Rocky, she will be perfect. Amber's chest swelled with admiration for the mare. I'm going to call her.
Amber picked up her phone, and called Casandra.

Amber - Hello, this is Amber Willow. I was calling to thank you for such an amazing offer, and I don't think I can turn it down. Moon looks like such a good mare and even though I can't ride quite yet, it would be nice to let another horse try to ease the pain.

Casandra - Oh, yes. I would be glad to let go of Moon, and my donation of 100,000$. Again , I'm so sorry about what happened last week. It must be very hard.

Amber - It is, but I'm getting through it.

Casandra - Anyway, I am off all week. You can pick her up any time then, or I can drop her off.

Amber - That is perfect! How about Tuesday around noon?

Casandra - Works for me. I already sent you the money through PayPal.

Amber - Oh my. You have no idea how much you are helping me, thank you.

Casandra - It tore me up inside to see such a young woman with your potential to fall apart like that in the ring. I told myself that I needed to help.

Amber - You helped me a lot, that's for sure! Thank you again, Mrs. Wells.

Casandra - Oh please, call me Casandra. And it's no burden to me. Will i be dropping her off or will you pick her up?

Amber - I can pick her up.

Casandra - Alright, I'll be off to bed now. Goodnight and I will see you on Tuesday.

Amber - Goodnight, I will keep you in my prayers.
She smiled as she hung up the phone.
