Ben Drowned x Reader - A Glitch Heart Part 2 (on hold)

Chapter 1

A week past as summer fled with fall taking over. Ben, Y/n, and Sally ran outside playing in the falling leaves. While they did Jacob and Codie sat in the trees watching them. 

"We have to tell her," Codie sighed, turning towards Jacob. "It's almost time and she should know what's going on."

Jacob only nodded and continued to watch the three play. 

"Come on," Codie whispered, jumping out of the tree.

Jacob followed.

"Hey,Y/n..Can We borrow to you for awhile?" Codie asked.

"Why?" Ben asked. "Can't you tell us?"

"This is just something we wish to tell Y/n," Jacob answered. 

"I don't know...Whjy can't you just tell me here?" Y/n asked.

"Please Y/n, just come with us. This is really important," Codie urged.

Y/n finally decided to take a walk with Jacob and Codie, considering they had to tell her something, in private. Ben was quiet worried and didn't really like to thought of it, but let her go. The soft breeze of fall blew threw the forest as the walked away from Slender's borders. 30 minutes later they made it to a clearing, far away from Slender's and Zalgo's borders, but little did Y/n know that there was a dark being close by. 

"So why are we all the way out here?" Y/n asked. 

Codie and Jacob gave off a soft, sad smile. 

"It's time that we move on...We didn't want the others to know, so all we ask is for you to tell them we went elsewhere," Codie sighed. "I promise we'll see each other in the next generation, but we might not really recognize each other..Well we won't anyways."

"Wh-what are you talking about guys?" Y/n asked taking a step back. "I don't understand."

Tears brimmed Jacobs eyes, but kept a sad smile. 

"Y/n, what Codie is saying is that we are dying, but we'll be reborn again in the next generation," Jacob smiled letting his tears fall. "We will see each other again, but we won't be the same."

Y/n's eyes filled with tears, "so your leaving me?" 

Codie and Jacob frowned slightly. 

"Not forever," Codie answered. 

"I promise you'll see us again," Jacob answered and pulled her into  a hug. "Shadow Lurker is here to help you return back to mansion and he can explain what's going on and why."

Codie walked over and hugged bother of them, which Y/n returned. Tears slipped pasted her eyes. Jacob was the first to pull back with Codie following after, as Y/n pulled away. Slowly Codies body started to fade away, along with Jacobs. 

"Looked like its time.." Codie sighed. 

"I love you Y/n," Jacob smiled and hugging her once again as he faded away. 

The breeze blew threw Y/n hair as Shadow Lurker stood behind her, with his hand on her shoulder. 

"Let's go," Shadow Lurker spoke.

Y/n followed him back towards the mansion which was a while away.

"Why did they have to go?" Y/n asked.

"They didn't belong in this generation Virus."

Y/n turned towards him.

"Why did you call me Virus?"

Shadow Lurker smiled, "no real reason, I just don't know your real name. But then again your not really alive."

Y/n looked at the grounded and sighed, "yea.."

It was a quiet walk to the mansion, but once getting threw, it became dusk.

"Farewell Virus." 

With that Shadow Lurker faded into thin air.
