''Shit, Wyatt, get your ass out here. You're gonna make us late for the opening ceremony,'' Lilly yelled at Wyatt's hotel door. It was their last year together in high school rodeo, and they were determined to place in each steer-riding event this season. At least Lilly was anyway. Something had changed in Wyatt the week before when he moved in with his dad. Lilly was not sure what had transpired between father and son, but he did not seem inclined to talk about it much, so she left it alone.
