-(Your PoV)-

You twiddle your thumbs, pretending to be paying attention, as (T/N) kept babbling on and on about the directions, as if you and your classmates were aliens, making sure you understood

Every.
Single.
Word.

She finally stopped rambling about the paper, and told you all to get to work, 'Finally.' you thought to yourself, with a sigh of boredom, you picked up your pencil and started answering the questions, they were easy, so you finished the one sided paper in a jiffy, and doodled on the back. Once you were done with your doodle you flipped the paper over to the side filled with questions that babies should be able to answer, and raised your hand, the teacher hustled over to you and took it off your desk. The bell rang, 'Oh, wow... Perfect timing.' you thought to yourself, as you gathered your belongings, stacked your chair-since it was time to go home- and left the room. As you were walking down to your locker, you heard a familiar voice call out to you, "Hey! (Y/N)! Wait up!" You came to a halt and turned around to see (FR/N) and (BF/N) struggling to squeeze through the ocean of people in the narrow hallway, over to you. "Hey guys!" you chirped, as you resumed walking to your locker, "Hi!" they both said in unison, the way they were acting made you think that something was up, something urgent. "So, what's up?" You questioned them, as you opened your locker, "Did you hear? A-about the news!" (F/N) said, still catching her breath from before. "Uhh... no? What about it? What happened?" You flicked your ear, and placed your stuff into your backpack, and scanned your locker up and down, seeing if you were missing anything. "THE MONSTERS WERE FREED FROM THE UNDERGROUND... THIS MORNING! A human actually survived down there!" (BF/N) Shouted excitedly, making everyone in the hallway pause and stare at you three... You giggled nervously for a second, then proceeded to close your locker, and walk to the exit doors of the school. "Really?! Oh my god that's awesome! I'm so proud of that human!" You said... acting excited, and happy, which surprisingly, you were a really good actor... for many.. reasons. "Alright guys, I'll see you later, I have homework that I reeeaaallly want to get started on... I just have way too much of it." You said, your friends nodded, then offered to walk you home, you denied, and then all three of you went on your ways to your houses.

You decided to take the slow, scenic route, it had so many beautiful old houses, with flora, and fake fauna, all over them... they were beautiful! You looked at all of them many times before.. but this time, an idea entered your head. You sat down on the sidewalk, and stared at the old house, it was so decorated... it was...
Perfect.

You started drawing it, first a sketch, then traced over with slightly bolder lines...
You then started inking it, and finally... you colored and shaded it. It was beautiful.
You LOVED it. You realized it was getting late, and you started heading home, storing your sketch book and other art supplies in your back pack...

When you got home.. you had realized...
