Cians POV

"Cian?" I heard a familiar brummie accent behind me. I bolted round and my eyes widened. "Jade?"
She nodded furiously.

"Oh my god! Long time no see, mate" I said excitedly.
"I know right" she replied pulling her hand through her gorgeous black and turquoise hair.

"You've changed babe" I said giving her a hug
"You haven't"
"But why are you in Dublin"
"Um. My mum remarried a guy called Jon and they've got a business together in Birmingham but they moved it around"

"Jeez, sounds fun"
"It's okay, apart from leaving Chloe"
"Oh yeah, how is she by the way?" I asked suddenly remembering my childhood crush.

Jade raised her eyebrows. "Let's call her and find out"  she got out her phone, unlocked if and went to phone Chloe. She put it on speaker so we could all hear and soon enough she picked up.

"Hey babes how are you" I heard the thick brummie through the phone. "Hey Chloe, I'm good but guess whose here to say hi"

"Who?"
"Hey Chloe" I said into the phone
"Cian? Oh my god. Whats it been, like, 4/5 years?"
"5 I think, how are you?"
"I'm good, you?"
"I'm great"

After 5 minuets on the phone we hung up and Jade gave me Chloe's number so I didn't have to use her phone. "Ehem" I heard someone purposefully clear their throat.
"Um hello? Who exactly is this?" Jade's friend came out from behind her.

"Oh yeah, um Cian this is Bella, Bella meet Cian. He was mine and Chloe's best friend back in Birmingham when Cian lived there till he was five. He then moved to Ireland but came back to visit 5 years ago. We've had no contact since. Cian had a crush on Chloe and she liked him back" Jade explained our childhood.

I was blushing when she mentioned I like Chloe, but I must admit I was taken aback finding out she liked me back too. I still remember her. Her hair. Her curves. Her smell. Her good taste in clothes. Her beautiful voice. Her angelic movement. Her songs that she wrote and sung to me. Her smile, ugh that smile! From the first day I knew, I didn't like her, I loved her. I think I still do.

"So how's life here, what you been up too, Morrin?" Jade's voice brought me back to reality.
"Living the dream, Casburne." I replied.

After ages of catching up, I got Jade's number and address, I then left and walked home still thinking about Chloe.

Jade POV

After catching up with Cian, me and Bella finished our drinks and went into town to the Rockstar spa run by Gem McLoughlin. It was a cute little spa run by our friend and it was amazing! We walked in and as we did, the bell on the door rung and Quendie, Gem's white fluffy cat, danced over the counter and through the back door to get Gem.

"Hiya girls!" Gem called "how can I help today?"

"Can we get a nail treatment, head massage and a back massage please Gem?" I stepped forward, taking out a couple of 20 quid notes.

Bella looked at me, outraged that I was paying again. "No! I'm paying!" She moaned.

"Yes, you are! Tomorrow! Now quit whining or I won't come with you tomorrow!" I raised my voice slightly.

Bella looked at me, a bit taken aback and shocked. "Shit I'm sorry, I didn't mean to snap, I'm just not feeling great. The massage should hopefully help" I mumble, stepping round Quendie and hugging Bella. She gave me a look that said don't worry, it's all my fault, I should just accept the fact your paying for me. I shook my head at her and she rolled her eyes. I swear we could read each others minds. I chuckled to myself and then smiled at Gem.

"Sorry G," I mutter following her to the room where we can change into our robes, linking my arm with Bella.
