Being the diligent student I am, teachers came to love me. It came with the territory. Classmates labeled me a Teacher's Pet and when I raised my hand in class I was undoubtedly correct (and if not I was partially correct or I made a good guess). I was the student other students went to for help. I was the TA who asked for nothing in return. I pleased my teachers and it reflected in my grades and teacher comments.
