Chapter 4~ "BEST FRIEND???"

Ivy's POV

I followed Brent's directions and I saw the ladies sign. I heard a deep chuckle from behind me and I stopped and turned around to see the big knob himself "Dumbass" I huffed as he smirked while his back was against the wall

"Are you stalking me Nerd?" He narrowed his eyes at me

"Haha Oh how very funny" I said sarcastically

"Well you're not denying it" He smirked "Come here" He motioned

"Why?" It was my turn to narrow my eyes at him

"Because you're out of the light so I can't really see you" He said in a duh tone

"Fine" I huffed again but stalked closer to him

"Looks like you've got a fellow friend over there" He pointed around the corner but I couldn't see because I wasn't that close

"What do you mean?"

"Come here" So I stepped closer but he grabbed my arm and pulled me infant of him so I could see around the corner but I just blushed at how close I was to him "See" and then he pointed to the entrance and I saw Brent showing someone the card that I wrote my number on. He was showing it to another guy who looked about the same age as him but he wasn't a worker here as he was dressed in casual

I giggled "He is cute though. They both are" I giggled more

"Yeah whatever you say nerd girl"

"Why are you here anyway?" I turned to face him but I didn't realise how close we were so now my face was pressed against his chest

"Woah steady on there, Sorry but I don't do nerds" He shrugged and I hit his chest

"Yeah and jerks aren't my type sorry" I gave him a sarcastic smile

"Oh honey I just came to look for you." I turned around to see my nan stood with her eyebrows raised as I was against Jayden "Who's this Ivy?"

"Oh this is just-" I was about the push away from him but before I could even finish my sentence, he pulled me back and slung his arm over my shoulder

"I'm Ivy's best friend, Jayden" He put his hand out "Nice to meet you" and my nan took his hand

"Well hello there, I'm Ivy's nan but you can call me Kate" She smiled at him "Ivy how come you've never told me about this handsome young man?" She wiggled her eyebrows at me and gave him a once over

"Because we are just friends nan and you never asked" I looked down and shrugged

"Well Jayden, it was lovely to meet you! You should come over and say hello to the rest of Ivy's family but I'm sure you've met Ivy's mom before since you're so close" She straightened her hair with her hand

"Actually I haven't met her before" He looked down at me and I scowled at him shaking my had rapidly

"Well come over and say Hey, i'll go and let them know. Maybe you could sit and have a drink with us, I'm sure Ivy would like a friend over rather than just sat there listening to our conversations" She laughed

"That would be-" before he could finish his sentence, I elbowed him hard in the stomach but it didn't seem to phase him "That'd be great, I'll go let my Aunt know" He chuckled and my nan smiled a wide smile

"Well i'll see you in a minute then" And then she walked off

I turned around to face him again and I punched him in the stomach but he just laughed as I frowned at the fact that it didn't even bother him "BEST FRIENDS???" I whisper screamed

"Oh bestie don't hit me" He fake pouted

"I'll. Hit. You. As. Much. As. I. Want" I hit him in-between each word but before I could hit him again, he grabbed both my hands and turned us around so now I was against the wall with my hands above my head while he had a smug look on his face

"Now how will you hit me?" He bit his lip and I thought for a while then I was about to lift both of my legs and kick him away but he realised before I could kick him so he pushed himself forward so he was pressed against me and my legs were wrapped around his in the most awkward position "Well done clever tits" He laughed

"Dude I'm going to fall, my feet are not on the ground" So then he let go of my hands with one hand but kept the other one holding them in place but with the hand he let go with, he lifted each leg so now they were wrapped around his waist. He kept one hand on my wrists above my head and the other one he put on my waist

"Well then, how about this?" He breathed into my neck

"Wow I bet you have had so much practice doing this" I rolled my eyes but my breath hitched when he nuzzled his face further into my neck

"Maybe but don't pretend you don't like it!" He chuckled that vibrated against my neck and I moved my neck further to the side so he could nuzzle further

"Ew no I would never" I breathed out and he moved closer to my ear and whispered

"I can hear it in your voice babe, I know you do"

"'Jayden I- I fuck it I need to pee!" I wiggled around and he laughed

"Fine go ahead" He let go and I pushed him away from me "I'm going to let my Aunt know, i'll meet you here then we can head to your table together" He winked and then headed off.

"FML" I sighed and headed into the ladies bathroom. Tonight will be a long night!

This was a shorter chapter but I just wanted to finish it at a point thaw would make sense because if I didn't finish it now then it would have got too long. Can y'all tell me if you prefer shorter more detailed chapters or longer ones?
