Chapter 7: My Girl-Friend

Emily's POV------The next morning

Ali was asleep, she lay there beautifully and peacefully like nothing could get rid of her beauty. I knew I had feelings for her ever since we met, but I can't let her know i haven't been with anyone that meant something to me like Ali did. I got out of bed and made everyone breakfast. I made waffles, bacon, egg and toast with orange juice to go with it.

Alison's POV

I woke up and Emily wasn't in bed. I heard my phone vibrate and it was from my friend, well someone I was attracted to one night in a night club and also my work colleague.

Hey, was wondering when you were coming home ;) From Sapphire

She and I was friends with benefits, for whenever any of us were down or just needed some fun but we were also colleagues and nothing got in the way of business. I ignored the text and went downstairs where I found Emily making breakfast. She was rushing about and managed to not burn any of it. I was impressed at it and just watched her while smiling. I had feelings for her and they felt good, but how was I going to tell her that my friend misses me and wants me back to work. I was leaning on the door frame and then I went in and got my breakfast . We were the only people eating breakfast at the table. The room was silent and uncomfortable.

AD-" Em.... Can we talk?"

EM-" Sure what about?"

AD-"Well my girlfriend was wondering when I will be going home and work and well the ticket back to New York expires today.. so is it alright if I went home to my girlfriend like right now before the other girls wake up?" Crap....... I just said 'girlfriend' twice.. "Ah" I quickly ran out of the house and into my car before Emily could even say anything. I then drove over to my house and started packing my things.

Emily's POV

OMG.. Ali just said she has a girlfriend right in front of me and then ran out to go back to New York with her. I couldn't help but feel jealous of her because she knew I love her and always will and she just rubs it in my face. I knew she liked 'me' but I didn't think she would actually tell anyone that she was attracted to girls, I thought out in the public she only liked boys. She always did break my heart like the time in the locker room.

The girls just walked in, what do I tell them. They all sat down and started eating their breakfast.

EF-" Alison went back to New York to be with her 'GIRLFRIEND' " I emphasized and shouted on the girlfriend a bit too loudly. I had tears in my eyes, only because last night when Ali was asleep I told her that I loved her.

The girls were in shock that she didn't have the decency to wait for them before heading out to New York.

Aria's POV

AM-" Emily, are you all right?, Did she say anything else to you?"

EF-" NO!" and then she quickly ran upstairs.

I ran after Emily and Spencer and Hanna carried on eating their breakfast. Spencer and Hanna knew that in that moment Emily would only talk to me. I walked into Spencer's room where she was laying on the bed crying.

AM-" Em, why are you crying?"

EF-" Because when Ali was asleep i told her that I loved her, and then when she woke up she rubs it in my face that she has someone to love her and....it- it's not me." She said while crying harder.

AM-" I'm sure she didn't mean to rub it in your face, maybe she's just a friend and it accidentally slipped out the wrong way because she was in a rush or she was nervous about something. I really can't explain it but there was something else she wanted to tell you. I can't tell you but I am sure she can and will tell you" I said while putting my arm around her.

EF-" Another thing is that I also live in New York and I am now afraid of seeing her around. I have once before when I was going past a High School there. I never knew she was there until I saw her a few weeks back."

AM-" I am sure that you two will have a talk when it's the right moment, and well that moment wasn't obviously yesterday or today but you two will talk, Alison told me she would"

Emily smiled a little and made her way back downstairs. I stayed upstairs and texted Ali.

AM-ALI, TELL ME WHAT THE HELL YOU THINK YOU WERE DOING TELLING EMILY YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND.

Ali read the message and replied.

AD-I didn't mean to say girlfriend, I promise. She's just a friend and colleague at work(my high school where i teach English) As soon as I said it, I regretted it and ran. I didn't even get a chance to talk to her and I am afraid that if I don't do it today, I am going to lose her forever. What should I do?

AM-Meet me and Emily outside Emily's house in about 10miutes or have you already left for New York?

AD-I haven't left yet, the flights been delayed 7hours, so i guess i can meet you but you'll be there before me as I am in the airport.

AM- See you soon and when you get here, you two are going to talk things through.OK.

AD-OK

Okay guys, that was the longest chapter I have written, so could you guys tell me what you think of it as this is also the only chapter i have written just on this and not on paper.

If you like long chapters tell me, and if you don't also tell me. Also tell me what you want more of and before you say YES there will be more Emison in the next chapters. Maybe some smut...we never know.

P.S. I have written the other chapters down but I have kinda given up on that as it is more effort for me and then I don't have a chance to show you guys on here.
