Bonding Over Again

Fai's POV

Woah! That was surprising. I couldnt still believe that I met my childhood friend Reev-chan again. And also I was going to live with her. All the problems and tensions I had about the changes in my life, completely faded. Now that I had Reev with me, it felt so comfortable and as if we were together all that time when we actually were not.

"Oi Fai! Will cha stop staring at me?" Reev said. We were walking upto the new apartment from Uni. My first day was pretty good. Reev said my things had already arrived and she had shifted them for me into my room.

"You still call me 'Fai'! Its 'Fay'!" (The way it is pronounced that is) I laughed a bit. "Whatsover~ Imma gona always call you that~" Reev smirked. I sighed in defeat. Usually we would go on arguing about it, but today I was completely tired. We walked in front of a 20-story glass building, that was going to be my new home.

"Its really good." I said. I had never been to such a big city before and all the sky touching buildings amazed me. 

"Its nothing." Reev said. I wonder how long Reev has been living here.

We get inside and get in the elevator as our room is on the 19th floor. I am quite afraid of elevators, so I stick close to Reev. I sigh when we finally reach our floor. 

There were two apartments on the floor. The one on the right to the elevator was Reev's. She opened it with her keys. "Welcome to my house. Get in first, Fai~" She gave her trade mark smile with her eyes closed and head tilted.

"Thank you." I say and get inside.

"Oh my God-" The apartment exceeded my expectations a hundred times. It was posh with an urban interior and designs. The furniture seemed to be costly. "Does someone live with you?" I asked her seeing the interior.

"No. It was just me. And you too, now." Reev says.

 The living room has a big TV, that almost covered one side of the wall. The couch has springs. I jumped on it in excitement forgetting that I should'nt.

"Oh, Fai~ Go on~ Its your home too, now." Reev chirps.

Reev's POV

Ah! That confused look on her face. She surely must be wondering how I can afford all this. I should have thought of something before. I smiled at myself looking at her. She has not changed one bit.

I met Fai in kindergarden. She was a very friendly person, while I was the one who hid in the shadows. Fai lived with her parents, while I lived with my brother Kite. (HXH anyone? XD) I do not remember clearly, how we became friends. Maybe it was because she was very childish? She was quite mature too though. She was so eager to interact, and well that meant at the same time, she was so very naive! 

I sighed. I may need to keep her safe from some people...

Kite oniichan (oniichan as in brother) had left me when I was 10. I had found myself twisted in some organizations and found ways to earn money. But I could not tell her that. The poor child will be scared. She went over looking out of the balcony and at each corner of the house. She did pause when she saw my car keys to somewhat 'out of a capacity of a uvi students capacity' cars. Sheeesh! I forgot to hide them! 

~Timeskip to night time~ 

I am so glad that Fai lives with me now~ Its so fun. So much laughing and giggling. But so much left over work of my organization to do. Well I guess I can take a break today~ Fai cooks so well though. Goodbye 'Starving myself cause I am too lazy to cook and cause it will be not edible'! Well that was another thing which we were different at. Fai can cook wonders! While I can make meals which can just prevent me from starving to death. Even though I lived alone, I never thought of improving my cooking skills. I found it too boring a matter to look into. And therefore as a conclusion, my cooking was terrible. And no! I did not burn down the kitchen like those helpless girls in Shoujo animes! It looked a beauty for presentation, but tasted like a mixture of unspecified undiscovered things. Edible but not good enough to be eaten. Fai cooks so well~

"ATTTAAACK!!!" I yelled as I jumped onto her half asleep figure. She woke up at once and looked at Reev with puppy eyes for waking her up. I slammed my pillow into her face. "I have wanted a pillow fight for so long! You shall be my victim!!" I stood on the bed giving a small evil laugh. Fai gave me a blank expression being like 'seriously?' 

We began hitting each other with the pillows. Haha~ This was so much fun! But I feel so sleepy. I hugged Fai tightly and went to sleep. I heard struggling to breathe under my choking death grip as I fell asleep half strangling her.

Yay! We are updating this on the weekly basis! I am not sure if that will happen for the next few times cause exams!! Fai's part has been edited by me only for Reev's dialogues. The rest is the same. She is getting better at this it seems~ How Reev hugs Fai is like hugging the pillow in the picture in the media. Only it is worse~ XD Run if you can Fai! I shall raid your bedroom again! Muahahaha small evil laughter.
