Chapter 11

I slowly approach the gravestone breathing heavily as I held on to Brennen.

I stopped walking and stood still as we came across the gravestone engraved with the name Joshua Karr

There was a bench across the gravestone

I sat down

"Tell me what type of person he was?" Brennen asked

Knowing he was there calmed me down

"Josh was smart like really smart my parents wanted him to work in the business sector just like my father but he was also kind and wanted to help people that's why he came to LA as he got a volunteering job here.."

I paused as I could footsteps coming this direction

I looked to see Georgia. Georgia Blackwell

I slowly stood up as my heart started to pound

"Tia. It's been some time since I've seen you"

I stood there silent

"Brennen"

"Georgia" he said standing up

Wait they know each other?

"I guess we are all here for the same reason" she said and took a step towards me

But I took a step back

She gave off a laugh

"I can't hurt you, well I can't hurt you here at least"

She turned and looked towards the grave then walk towards it and placed a white rose down

She than looked back at me with anger in her eyes but fear in my eyes

"Did she tell you what the cause of Josh's death was Brennen?"

"I know about the baby" I said before Brennen could even answer her question

"So how long did it take them to tell you"

Silence

"I can't believe you still call them your parents even after what they have done to you"

I tear rolled down my cheek

"Wait did my simple words make you cry because I was planning on hitting you harder than that"

"That's enough Georgia" Brennen said

"I'm just telling the truth she should be able to handle that right or is someone to weak and a coward to handle it"

"Georgia!" Brennen shouted

"Your just Sad that he chose me over you" I said without thinking

I looked into her eyes and knew in an instant she would knock me out but she couldn't

"You can't hurt me not because we are in an public but it will disrespectful to Josh"

"I think we should go now tee" Brennen said

I looked at her one more time and I can't understand how someone with such a bright future become so bitter and ruin their life

I nodded and Brennen and I walked away from Georgia

"You know stop.."I stopped and turned around to her

"Stop denying that I wasn't your fault" she cried out

I slowly turned back around and continued walking with Brennen
