One month later...
I run down the street looking for a specific lightly blue painted house, not being able to contain my excitement I run straight through a couple yards and barrel my way up the front steps. I quickly nock on the door, practically jumping up and down. The door opens and Xavier's mom, Mrs. O' Connell, opens the door slowly and she gives me a smile when she sees that it's me. After I got a job at the cafe, me and Xavier finally came up with enough money for her treatments and now she is getting better, her cancer is gone once again and we all are hoping that it stays gone this time. "Is Xavier here?" I ask, humming with energy. "In his room," she steps to the side, letting me come in and race up the short flight of stairs to his room. I knock on the door and when he answers I know that he just woke up because his eyes are slightly red and his hair is messed up adorably. "What's wrong?" He asks concerned. I hand him the paper that was being choked in my death grip. "I passed my exams." I say brightly. A huge smile overcomes his face and he rushes forward, picking me up and spinning me around. "I told you that you could do it!" He says happily. I laugh until he sets me back down, we smile at each other until he bends down and does something that I will never forget. He kisses me.... And I kiss him back. The end
