MOLLY

The ladies yell and holler back.
MOLLY
See all you wild women tomorrow!
The women head off into the night. John and Molly walk along the street in the opposite direction.
JOHN
This really has been quite something. Molly, thank you so much for inviting me.
MOLLY
Of course John. I know you're not practicing right now, but it's still important that you keep up to date with the latest of medical thingies and techno-whatsits.
JOHN
It is, it most certainly is.
MOLLY
Plus, I think it's good if you get away from you-know-who.
JOHN
I suppose so. You were all friends in college? Petunia, Delilah, Ophelia, Corrine and you.
MOLLY
That's impressive, John. Was that one of those mental castle things?
JOHN
No, old Army trick. Ranking officers like being recognized without you reading their uniforms.
MOLLY
To answer your question, we all met during second year in our PBL Tutorial. But I wouldn't say we were friends.
JOHN
I don't understand.
MOLLY
You know, get med students together and there's going to be competition. When we get together at something like this medical conference, we tend to tout our successes at bit more.
JOHN
Is that why you asked me along? Show me off a bit?
MOLLY
Oh no, John. They have no idea who you are.
JOHN
