Another Sunday, another sunny day, but boring days. My mom had asked me to go though my old room. Sebastian and I found an apartment here in Lima that we both really like.
I invited Blaine and Kurt over to my house, because while I was in my coma, they apparently got married on the same day as Santana and Brittany. I wanted to give them their late wedding gift. Yet again, I should have woken up for the wedding that I missed. Whatever. They, also, wanted to see my old belongings like books and what not.
"What kind of poem is this?" Blaine teased as he threw it in a box.
"I'm sorry that I enjoyed terrible poetry." I laughed.
"Oh my goodness, your prom picture with Sebastian is so adorable!" Kurt squealed.
"Those are my high school memories. I put them in a box already." I told him.
"Well, it's always nice to revisit everything." Kurt shrugged. I rolled my eyes as I began to store away old trophies.
"What the heck!" Blaine laughed at my picture of when I was three. I wore a superman onesie all the time for a few years until I turned six. Don't judge.
"That's my 3 year old self." I chuckled as my cheeks turned red. I slid out a box that I had wrapped nicely for Kurt and Blaine. "Here is your wedding gift." I told them. They looked at each other as Kurt grabbed it from my hands. Kurt carefully unwrapped it. It was an electronic picture frame with over 30 pictures from high school. I know, I got Sebastian a picture frame, but they don't know.
"Thanks!" Blaine smiled.
"This will be amazing for our apartment." Kurt added.
"Do you know when you and Sebastian are getting married?" Blaine brought up.
"We are thinking sometime this year." I answered as I looked through an old scrapbook from middle school.
"Are you guys going back to California?" Kurt questioned.
"There's no point. I mean we both sort of dropped out of school, and our careers are going well. He has some auctions for some other movies and tv shows. Then, in a month, I can get back to soccer." I explained. "We were thinking we'd stay here in Lima though when we are off of our schedules."
"You wanna know what's funny?" Blaine brought up.
"What?" Kurt and I rated at the exact same time.
"That we all are either married or engaged before we turn 21." Blaine chuckled.
"Oh yeah. Whatever." I shrugged. I continued to look through all of my boxes. I had to pack it all away anyways, so might as well reorganize it. I'll take advantage of it. I slid out some old soccer jerseys that I had from when I was younger. My high school jerseys. Middle school jerseys. Elementary school jerseys. Club jerseys. In elementary school, I played for the higher team on my old club team. Then in middle school I played for club and school team. Then high school I played for both as well. College I played for the college team. Now I play for the National Team. As I kept looking through all of my boxes, I saw some old picture frames that had Sebastian and I together. I remembered something from my coma and past:
It was a rainy evening. Sebastian and I went out for Breadsticks, and now it's pouring. I walked outside after Sebastian held the door open for me.
"Where's the car?" I asked trying to blame k raindrops from getting in my eyes.
"Over there, but we have one final stop." He added. I nodded as we hurried to the car he pointed at. We sat down and drove off. We pulled into a field.
"Why are we going to a field?" I asked.
"Well, I set up a nice, under the star hang out sort of thing, but I guess it's ruined." He sighed. I had an idea.
"Come on. Might as well make a full use of our night." I smirked as I yanked him out of the car. We ran over to his blanket he set up, and sat down. It was a bit quiet. I had another idea. "Wanna race?" I challenged him.
"Aren't you wearing heels?" He chuckled.
"I didn't say I was going to wear heels." I shrugged as I slid of my silver, high heels. I tossed them on the side, and stood up. I grabbed Sebastian's hand, and pulled him up. I walked him over to where we were going to start the race. I found an open area. "Ready... Set... Go!" I yelled. I got a head start, and he followed after maybe the length of a six meter sticks. I stopped to claim my victory. "Ha! I win!" I gasped for air.
"Uh huh." He nodded as I turned my back for a second. Then I fell into a giant mud puddle. He began to laugh so loudly. I frowned at him, and yanked him in the puddle.
