Smile

You smiled. You always put up a smile in front of them. They have made your heart filled with joy and happiness ever since you met them. It was short, yes, but it was the most fulfilling week for who-knows-how-long. Your hand reached your heart feeling it swelled with delight.

You thought of the game enthusiast, ranked second as the best player in Shooting Star server. He was a roller-coaster of emotions and the youngest of the group. Every time you talked with him, he was sweet and cared for your well-being. Sunny yellow, there was also raging magenta deep within his heart.

The sweet flirtatious voice of a musical actor welcomed yet another guest. You grinned while recalling the narcissistic knight with a hidden beast inside. Nevertheless, behind the curtain fall, there was a gentle, diligent prince. Tender, safe white but passionate red blazing in his eyes.

You caught the eyes of another female member of the group. She sneaked a warm smile before attending the guests of the party. Professionalism was her image except when she was outside of work watching a musical. Reliable and dependable brown yet at the same time, wistful hazel eyes blended along.

The soft clank of the wine glasses reverberated in the bubbly hall. You imagined the cold and aloof CEO of the C&R company relishing on the red wine of tonight’s event. Dignified was your first impression on the young heir although his interest with cat made him endearing. Sophisticated black with elegance yet his eyes contained overwhelming sentiments.

The loud light laughter vibrated the air around you. He kept on playing jokes and pulling up pranks on people, sometimes annoyed the others. You giggled to yourself. Impulsive red and intuitive gold. However, you know the flipped-coin side of him. Full of vibrant warnings and uncertainty.

You smiled. You kept smiling when you were with them. You were genuinely happy with them.

“MC~!” the smiling faces urged you to join their table, all prepared with delicacies and drinks. The scene lighted up with geniality, almost too precious to hold tight.

You smiled and took a step but was blocked by a transparent wall. You smiled with tears skimming down the cheeks. They were just ahead of you, so close that you heard the laughter of each and every single one you cared about.

You smiled and whispered, “Lets meet up again, okay?” Your heart wrenched at the thought of them losing their memories and at the thought of you having those beautiful moments with them. Hovering your fingers to that one button, you stole a loving glance towards the group, looking lively as ever.
