It was a nice sunny spring day in Glance, OH. The birds chirped and the wind blew carrying the sweet smell of flowers with it. As we go down the street you can see our dear little 8-year-old Alice with black hair and olive skin jumping up and down in a cute sunflower dress on the porch of a white Victorian house. She was clearly filled with excitement from her head to her toes.

"Mommy! Mommy! Hurry up! I want to go to the park now!" Alice called out into the house as Mrs. Royster wondered around looking for her book.

"I'll be right there Alice, just give me a minute." Mrs. Royster replied with laughter in her voice. "I just need to find my book." Alice crossed her arms and pouted, stomping her feet on the porch floor.

"What's so funny Mommy?" Alice asked as Mrs. Royster walked out and locked the door. Mrs.Royster chuckled, as she fixed her own blue dress.

"You are, Silly."

"I'm not silly!" Alice complained, before running towards the sidewalk."Come on, Mommy! Let's go!" Mrs. Royster lightly shook her head as she closely followed behind.

"Just don't go too fast, I need to be able to see you!" Alice, who was about 3 to 4 yards away slowed down before looking back.

"But we need to get there fast, Mommy! If we don't then Daniel will keep the swings all to himself!"

"Well you should've told me before, then we would've already been there!" Mrs. Royster calls up as she starts picking up speed. "Let's go!" Soon after Alice and Mrs.Royster are running (In Mrs. Royster's case jogging) side by side all the way to the park.

"Look Mommy look! We made it before Daniel!" Alice exclaimed as she ran over to the swings. "Push me, Mommy! Push!" She tried to climb onto the swing but with no avail.

"Well, first you need to be on the swing." Mrs.Royster stated while picking Alice up and placing her on the seat. "There. Ready?" Alice being super excited only nodded her head. "Okay, here we go." Mrs. Royster slowly started to swing the seat back and forth. "1....2....3!" She announced, pushing the seat forward.

"Weeeee! Higher Mommy higher!" Alice squealed with a huge grin. At this Mrs. Royster obliged and gave her one last push.

"Okay, now kick your legs like I showed you before." She proclaimed, moving away from the swing, watching as Alice moves her legs to and fro. "Good job!"

"Thanks, Mommy!" Alice responded. After a while, Mrs. Royster walks away, "Where are you going?" Alice asked with a tiny frown on her face.

"I'm just going to sit over here and read." Mrs. Royster replied, pointing over to a wooden bench in the shade of a nearby tree not far from the swings. Alice's smile quickly returns as she tries to get off of the swing.

"Can I go play with the other kids Mommy?" Mrs. Royster helps Alice onto the ground before answering,

"Sure, just don't go far." At this Alice runs off towards the play set, where other kids can be seen playing and laughing. Mrs. Royster watches for a few seconds before opening up her book and starts to read. However, as Alice is running around with a group of boys and girls. She hears a voice nearby.

"Hey, Sweetie." A man in blue jeans and a green tee said with his hands in his pockets. Alice stops and walks up to him.

"Hey, Mister!" Alice replies, putting her hand out for him to shake. "It's nice to meet you! But my name isn't Sweetie. It's Alice. Alice Royster." The man smiles before responding, as he shakes her hand.

"Oh, I'm sorry. My name is Dave, your mother had told me to come pick you up to take you to somewhere fun." At this Alice smiles back.

"Really? Where?" Dave puts a finger to his lips.

"It's a surprise." Alice starts jumping with excitement,

"I love surprises!"

"Well then let's go." Dave offers his hand to Alice, being very excited she takes it. 5 minutes after Dave and Alice leave the park, Mrs. Royster is seen running around calling for her daughter.

"Alice! Alice where are you! ALICE!" At hearing this, other parents call their children to them and watch in silence as Mrs. Royster realized that Alice wasn't in the park. "Alice...." She muttered as tears fell down her face.

Months have passed since the kidnapping of Alice Royster, and the police have still not found her. So as the months passed the missing child case had gone cold and all that the police could do was close it. Yet in her disappearance, Alice's parents - who had separated 2 years before the disaster - had begun to get closer because of their love towards Alice. 3 years after the closing of the Alice case and the grief that came with it, Mr. and Mrs. Royster remarried, moved, and had fraternal twins.

Throughout the years the Twins learned about their older sister and the disaster that happened in their family. They too soon believed that Alice was gone, but sometimes they wondered what she would've been like older. One of those times was on their 17th birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Royster were out getting the birthday cake, with the Twins at home.

Knock, knock.

"Coming! Just a moment!" One of the Twins called out, as they both went to the door. When they answered the door they came face to face with a lady in her late 20's.

She had black hair and olive skin, dressed in a white blouse and knee length skirt covered in sunflowers. At the sight of the Twins, she showed a kind smile.

"Hi. My name is Alice. Alice Royster
