Three brothers sat in a hospital, one pacing back and forth , another typing frantically on his phone , and the last was glaring at the door as if it would heal the smaller person lying on the surgery table.

He had been kidnapped again, but this time things had taken a turn for the worst and the kidnapper turned violent.
The man Responsible was believed to only want money, but instead he wanted money and revenge.
The moment the money was transferred the man known as Gregory heffing had injected multiple drugs into Dick's body causing inflammation and infection of multiple organs which was causing internal bleeding, meaning surgery.

Jason had been the first on the scene as Bruce went alone (with hidden cops) the youngest of their 'clan' had been compleataly out of it, his eyes glazed over and unable to move his body properly.
When Jason got closer he noticed how much trouble his brother was having, he was breathing heavily and his body shaking.

Overdose.

Jason had seen plenty of it to know the man had overdosed his innocent brother with some unknown and possibly lethal drugs.
If Jason todd was not Jason todd he would have killed Gergory right there and then.
Not even a few moments later the ambulance arrived along with Damian and Tim.
The two looked ready to kill.

After a too long ambulance ride and a few screaming matches later they where here, waiting for their youngest member to leave the operating room.

Bruce had to leave an talk to the doctors about some legal stuff , so the three continued to wait, and wait, and wait.

Eventually a doctor wearing slightly blood spattered scrubs and surgical mask poked her head out flinching at the glaring match she had intruded between Damian and the door.
"Um you are Richard graysons family yes" she said with a slight accent.
The three nodded Jason and Tim jumping up while Damian continued to glare with a bit more ergancy then his usual speed.
The woman walked out of the door closing it behind her.
"Now young Grayson is still experiencing some inflammation in a few organs though it has gone down significantly, we are going to have to follow protocol with all over dose patients and have him stay over night , although I would suggest that any way as there is a possibility the inflammation may spread." The three nodded "I belive this has been brought up to your legal gardian, the nurses will be moving him to a nicer room soon ,thank you for being patient" he said bowing slightly and walking away no doubt to clean herself up.

Bruce came back with a clipboard and was frantically sighing papers after reading them.
Those where probably the overnight papers.

The three where eventually ushered to the room where their brother was being kept overnight, a large white hospital room with one bed and a sky painted ceiling. It was like the room was made for him.
Dick was laying in the large hospital bed asleep, no doubt from exhaustion.
The next few days where going to be full of worried Bats, and no one wants a worried Bat let alone the intire Clan.

A week later

The week was disastrous, Dick ended up staying at the hospital for a whole week because the inflammation spread to his lungs and was causing issues with his heart.
This only made the Bats worry more.
Jason was faster to blow up on someone if they pissed him off, Tim was ignoring people and absorbing himself in his work, and Damian, Damian was just plain irritated no matter what.
Bruce was doing pretty well but mostly because he was more knowledgeable about what was going on as he had requested updates from the hospital, good or bad.

But today was the day. Birdy was coming home, but not without some medicine. The doctors didn't want to take any chances of any additional effects to the over dose and gave him multiple bottles of Medicine to take.
So when Bruce came home with a slightly paler and sickly looking Dick grayson the brothers were in mother mode, they where constantly checking up on him, making sure he ate and if he didn't want to eat cause he felt sick they'd get him medicine.
This was all fine and dandy but their Robin hadn't been able to fly for weeks, and he was getting antsy.
He had finaly convinced Bruce to let him visit his friends at the mountain at least but of course one of his brothers wanted to go with. Damian was on a huge drug bust, and Tim was finding information on a string of murders. Leaving Jason compleataly free to tail his younger brother to mount justice .
How fun.

"Jason for the last time I'll be fine " Dick now Robin groaned walking over to the zeta tubes.
"But birdy what about your medicine you have to take it every hour or so, your going to forget, besides Alfred wants be to make sure you eat properly." He argued trailing behind in his red hood get up (but with red domino mask).
Tim and Damian walked into the conversation "grayson just let todd go with you, it will be safer not to mention more efficient" said Damian now walking over to the computers with Tim who just waved and looked back at his laptop he was carrying.
Robin sighed defeated, "you just don't trust the team Dami, but fine come on Jay." He said walking to the zeta Red hood following behind.

The moment he entered the mountain KF practically tackled him speed talking. The rest of the team followed only for his brother to zeta in glaring at them.
This led to some questions from the team, such as why he hadn't been on any missions with them and why his brother was acting as his body gaurd.

Robin laughed a bit at the body gaurd one , the perks of having protective older brothers was the built in body gaurds.
"Well you see my ID is still not allowed to be told but, I can say this,
I had a bit of a run In with someone who didn't like my family and I ended up as the receiver of that rage via drug over dosage". The team saw Red hoods glare harden , but then wally decided to jump in "wait soo he got at your family by forcing drug overdose" ? He asked not sure if he herd right. Robin nodded knowing exactly where this was going, "THAT'S SERIOUS YOU COULD HAVE DIED HOLY CRAP ROB, HOW DO YOU GET IN THESE SITUATIONS " Wally yelled standing up his hands frantically waving around as he ranted about how dangerous overdoses where .

The team surprisingly was listening to kid's rant , "Robin that sounds serious" Whispered megan worried , kauld'r nodded "Yes wouldn't not be best for you to rest"?
Robin shrugged "I was in the hospital all week after surgery and had three mother hens watching over me " he said noticing Red hood had disappeared.
Wally ran up to him, and the others looked shocked , "SURGERY WHAT DO YOU MEAN SURGERY" .
Robin laughed nervously as Red hood finaly came back in the room with a glass of water. "Ey birdy time for medication , I told you , you would forget " he said smugly.
That did not help his case.

The team looked even more worried, not that Conner or artimis showed it but it was obvious from the change in posture and facial expressions.

This was gonna be hell.
