I Just Want To Hold You

Chapter 6

"I'm your former commander, Coporal Levi Rivalle Ackerman." He leaned in close to my face "It's been a long time, you kept me waiting, Jaeger." He leaner closer till our lips were mere centimeters apart. I breathed "You're the one from my dreams."

He whispered in my ear "I'm not a dream anymore, Eren." I closed my eyes and felt him wrap his arms around me, being careful of my cub. "Who's kid is she?" He murmered against my neck.

I felt my ears droop as I held onto his shoulder and brought him closer to me, inhaling his scent. He smelt of pine and lavender along with cleaning products but he also smelled familiar and safe. I sniffled as I held Alice closer "Reiner." I murmered, choking back unexpected tears. It felt like I had been waiting for him all my life, like a wife waiting for her husband to come home from war.

Levi moved his hands so that one was behind my head and the other on my middle back. "I've missed you, ever since I remembered everything I couldn't stop thinking about you." He whispered as he held me in a way that only lovers do.
Then he lifted my head up and looked directly into my eyes "I'm glad that I can do this." He leaned in close to my face, making me nervous.

"Alriiiiiiight class! Let's get things started! Oh, Levi please stop sexually assaulting Eren in front of Ally." Hanji scolded with no venom in her tone.

Levi let out a growl and dropped down into his seat with me on his lap. "Hey!" I squeaked while Alice only babbled happily, Levi wrapped his arms around my waist protectively sending shivers up and down my spine.

"I totally ship it! Mama cat and bad wolf for life!" Our teacher, Hanji, squealed. She's a nice lady but she can be overwhelming, maybe her glasses are leaking radiation which made her this way? Or maybe her hair is a giant parasite?!

"Tch. Cut the chatter, shitty glasses." Levi, my former commander now an inu wolf, growled and nuzzled his face into my neck.

"Oh you know you love me." She shot back with her usual bubbly tone then started class.

Time skip, lunch*

I sat in my usual spot, under the oak tree on the far left side of campus with Marco and Jean who had tried to drop Ally off in my classroom but she had gotten lose and ran to me herself. "I swear, she's more like a monkey than a cat. Oh right, when are her claws supposed to come in?" Jean asked while he braided Alice's hair, yeah you heard right.

I laid back with my eyes closed, basking in the warm sun. "Well she's only a few months old. But she can already walk and run."

Marco spoke up "Not surprising, I heard from your mom that you started walking at three months."

I sighed "Yeah..., guess it runs in the family."

I heard the rustling of grass and the scent of wolf wafted towards us.

"No fucking way." I heard Jean breath.

"It's Corporal Levi, alive and well." Marco said in shock.

I opened my eyes to see Levi towering over me. "Uh, hey." I said nonchalantly, not sure what else I should say.

"Kirchstein, Bodt. Good to see you alive and well."

Jean chuckled "Same to you, Corporal. What took you so long? If you had gotten here earlier, Eren wouldn't have..." He trailed off.

I know what he was trying to say or was going to say, he was talking about that house and... What went on in there.

"What happened to Eren? And since when were you friends? I remember that you and Jaeger used to go at each other's throats and try to tear each other apart."
