Lilly's POV
I ran why do I always run from my problems. I ran out to the bleachers. And cried for 10 minutes. Then just left early and went home. Fuck this school no ones going to miss me anyway. I walked out and headed home. When I walked in the house, no one was home. Well my mom works late and my sister was at work and my stepdad worked late till night so I was home alone with my dog Buddy. Hey buddy. He looks up from his cage and wags his tale pitifully. He's old so I don't blame him. I helped him out of his cage and out the door and to the yard. He did his business and we went back inside. we laying on the couch, ate chips and watched anime for the rest of the day. Mom gets home at 7:30 p.m. So I had no worries of her findings out I skipped school besides she doesn't care anyway. Before she got home I just locked me and buddy up in my room to watch anime and eat chips without being interrupted by my mom walking in the front door and yelling at me for no reason. I fell asleep with buddy next to me and had another dreamless sleep.
