00 | THE BEGINNING | MILO'S POV
"You know Mila, you aren't the brightest girl around here."
I growled lowly and shot a glare in Nathaniel Angelo's direction. A frosty glare which I wholeheartedly hoped would freeze his huge balls off.
Of course, I didn't have a clue if he had huge balls. He certainly didn't give off BDE. He was a menace to society and to my life.
He needed to go extinct in place of red pandas.
"Milo, that's my name. Milo. How many times are you going to get it wrong, you dick eating shitdick." I spat out. "I mean it's so hard to say my name accurately, even after a few years. Right?"
His eyebrows furrowed in anger and his ears turned as pink as his floral tie. Bet his stupid balls were just as pink from prancing around being lonely for his entire life. The motherfucker had no business making fun of my name when he looked as old as his stupid, crusty name.
I was so angry and peeved, I didn't quite know how to process what things I'd uncovered today, I knew it awfully irrational of me, but tensions were running high.
"Milo Delgard. Remember it next time." I snapped at him. He already knew my name very well. Though, it apparently didn't matter to him that I'd been working for the Agencies special espionage unit for years; I had yet to prove myself, as if tracking down criminals and killing the bad guys wasn't showing my loyalty enough. Even when I did things that ended up backfiring on me and putting me at harms way.
"Nathaniel, please. Milo says—" My boss started to say.
"Why do we bother listening to his ridiculous commentary?" Nathaniel scoffed. "Milo says what now? Who even cares? I really don't."
"Milo says," I interrupted, "If you don't want to listen to me. Go eat a bag of dicks."
Dick-pie. Dick-cake. Dick-chocolate. He could eat it all.
"Delgard," Alison Denver said sharply, ignoring the stare off between Nathaniel and I. "You say you have solid evidence this time of the Italian expanding his Cartel's?"
"Yes, I do." I sighed, clearing my throat enthusiastically. I'd only just got the two of my bosses together to pass on information. "Ricky Harvis at the ground floor hacked into our systems, he was double crossing us it seems. I mean for just being a measly IT guy, I must say I'm impressed. He was working with Julian Hardy and they were trying to steal information regarding Mario Toledo," I rambled. "Trying may just be the incorrect word here. They did steal whatever they needed after all.
If I remember correctly, Mario Toledo was appointed leader of the Viper Cartel years ago, well that was until we busted them. Of course right now, Mario is locked up and snug in a cell, thanks to my wonderful self—"
