And the best people
Of my life gathered
Round me.
Singing and laughing
Asking me to make a wish.
Fifteen candles
Stand tall on my cake.
They tell me,
Wish for anything, girl.
And we will make it true.
And I,
I laugh at them.
Because what could one
Wish for,
When everything they
Ever wished,
Is standing
Right in front of them?
