"Jack! Jack!" I screamed for him as they loaded him into the ambulance. I watched from afar, screaming, balling my eyes out. I was crying for Jack but honestly also from the pain... I was laying on the grass next to the road. No one had noticed me until I began to scream. I tried to ignore my skin.. there was barely anything there. I flew out of the car window and I was barley conscious. The only thing I could do was scream... for Jack.

I woke up in a hospital bed. I could see the tv on, currently on a football game. I looked to my left to see a plain wall and a door. To my right was a curtain, I guess I was sharing a room. Was it Jack? I tried to get up but I winced in pain from the sudden movement. I looked down towards my torso to see a bandage wrapped around it. Fuck... can I still move? I pressed the button to summon the nurse. It wasn't fast enough so I pressed several more times, then someone came in.

"Maybe if you, press it some more I'll teleport here"

"Someone's sassy this morning" I replied "Who's on the other side of me?"

"A man that was in a car accident..."

"Name?"

"Jim, Jim Wheller. Why?"

"Where's the other man from my car crash? His name is Jac-... I mean Sean Mcloughlin."

"I'll check the reports but I need you to get some rest"

"No. I will not rest until I see him!"

"I'll go check right now sir..." she walked out and shut the door behind her. I was so worried for him... was he ok? Was he even alive?

* UNKNOWN POV *

"What are we gonna tell him?"

"I have no idea... he seems to be in a bad mood"

"He wouldn't be able to handle it"

"You think they were..... a thing?"

"Seems like it. The stuff in the back of there car points to that. There was decorations and shit"

"Yeah, maybe we should just tell him"

"What if he can't handle it?"

"He's a grown man.... he'll be able to hear the news"

"What's the deceased's name again?"

"Sean... Mcloughlin"
