Peridot x Lapis (Lapidot)

Quick note: I do not ship Lapidot, but I know a lot of people do, so here you go!

Peridot and Lapis were watching Camp Pining Hearts in the barn. There were a lot of kissing scenes in the show. At first, Peridot though of this as a weird human ritual, but the more she watched it, the more she would think about the idea. She wanted to try it. In the show, the characters would always "kiss" the person they felt closest to. Peridot turned to look at Lapis, who was focused on the show. But soon, Lapis realized Peridot looking at her, and looked back. Peri blushed and looked away. Lapis gave out a little chuckle. "What," Peridot said. "You're too cute, Peri" Lapis explained. Peridot was flustered at this! "W-what do you mean? I'm not 'cute'! I was just, I-I'm not-". Lapis chuckled again. Peridot blushed, and tried to hide it. Lapis looked at her and stopped. "I didn't mean it in a bad way," Lapis said. Then, she leaned forward and kissed Peridot! This, this is what I've wanted. This was meant to happen, I know it! Peridot thought to herself. Lapis broke the kiss, and Peridot looked at her, and said, "Wow, thanks." Lapis giggled and pulled Peridot onto her. They watched their show together all night long.
