It was Monday, another shitty and rainy Monday to be exact. Tyler hated Mondays, because school starts again, but he hated Sundays even more, because its the day he has to worry about Monday again. He really likes Fridays, its weekend and he goes hunting with his dad, thats what he's looking forward the whole week.

This Monday, Tyler got up at 6:30am like on every school morning, its pretty early, but he doesn't like to be in a rush in the morning. His school isn't really near to his home , he has to walk quite a while. But the walking doesn't bother him, he walks through the forest, and the forests always smells so fresh and clear in the morning. Sometimes Tyler gets to see some dead rabbits or birds on his way to school. Luckily he always got his camera with him, so he can take a picture of it and put it into his collection.

The same happened this Monday, it was the same as every day. He listened to some music he likes and thought about how warm and cozy his bed is and that he wants to go back and continue to sleep, instead of walking trough the rain, holding up a useless umbrella.

But he couldn't. He has to go to school like everyone.

He arrived school at 7:45am and had still 15 Minutes left until his classes start. So he sat down on a bench and read a book he brought with him. It was about skinning animals and cleaning those skulls and bones to make a room decor out of it. People gave him weird looks. He read it because his Dad planned to do those things this Friday. Tyler was pretty excited about that. Even though he hunts every Friday, he had never skinned an animal. Maybe its fun, but maybe its not, he'll see.

The bell rang and everyone got to their classes. The brown-haired boy went into the room where his biology class took place. The room, and almost every other corner of his school too, could use a renovation. The paint is chipping off the walls and everything looks kinda dirty and grey. Kids left stupid messages, doodles and their initials on the desks and walls. The school is pretty old and the town has no money to touch it up. So the students and teachers just have to deal with it.

Tyler sat down in his seat, its right in the front. He only sits in the front in his favorite classes, these are biology, music, and art.

Everyone talked and laughed loudly while they were waiting for the teacher to arrive. Our biology loving boy in the front, Tyler, organized his desk and waited quietly.

As soon as the teacher walked in, everyone went quiet and sat down.

The teacher started the lesson with their homework. Tyler read out his homework and got an extra point because he did a really good job.

The lesson went by and students started to get bored. Everyone except Tyler. The still put a lot of effort into his answers.

At the end of the class, their teacher gave them new homework, she sorted the students into groups of two people and gave them a topic for their project. Tyler didn't really care who he was sorted with, until he heard his teacher say „Joshua, you'll work with Tyler“.

Tyler didn't like Joshua, he was the popular cool guy some people would call a jock. That fiery red-haired boy was rude, arrogant and just a bad person in general. Tyler actually wanted to protest, but that would be rude and he doesn't want to get in trouble with his favorite teacher or the other popular guys.

In the time Tyler thought about how much he hated Joshua, that same Joshua made his way up to Tylers desk. He sat down on it while he was chewing a bubblegum and looked down to Tyler. The brown-haired boy looked up in surprise, he didnt notice Joshua coming to his desk.
