One: 5:48 is my home. It’s my shelter, my refuge, and my paradise. My mind makes no sense to me most of the time, and whenever I try to make sense of it, I end up right back at the start to when it didn't make any sense at all. I guess you can classify me as weird. My weird-ness draws other weirdos in. My weirdness spreads throughout the cafe. My weird-ness, therefore, brings the customers in, who are also weirdos. That’s why 5:48 is home for the lost- home for the lost and the weirdos. Our customers may be weirdos, but they are our weirdos. We make one big, happy, weirdo family.
Two: I lost my ability to paint smiles, too.
Three: Lets paint the town white, Princess.
Four: We love so much, but we hurt just as much.
Five: Help me sexify some walls?
Six: No one really wants to live forever. Rather people want to exist forever- to be remembered forever. What point it to live forever if no one knows you exist? No, what people want is to be remembered forever.
Seven: Everyone’s like that- a bad side for every good side. It’s the two sides of a coin. I just like to focus on the good side because focusing on the bad stuff can break you.
Eight: Sometimes we need to shut up enough to hear the beating of our own hearts and check if we’re still alive.
Nine: When there’s no one to blame, we blame ourselves; when there’s no one to hate we hate ourselves; when there is no one to hurt we hurt ourselves.
Ten: You taught me that all relationships, no matter how broken, can be fixed. If we just try hard enough.
