Chapter 13 - In Love!

- Scarlett.

I was excused from all my classes today and got to spend time with my uncle Danny. When school was over he took me home. The second I stepped through the door Marissa was waiting on the couch for me.

"OMG YOURE HOME!"

"What are you doing in my house.. Shouldn't you be at work?"

"Yes, but I needed to come and show you something!"

She handed me her phone and I saw a tweet from Ross.

"@rossR5: happy valentines day everyone!" Then the photo of us looking at each other and smiling.

I then read a few of the comments.

They all said things like:

"SHES SO CUTE!"
"OMFG WHO IS SHE!"
"AHHHH!"
"THEY LOOK LIKE THEY'RE IN LOVE!! SUPER CUTE!!"

I handed back her phone, and before I could say anything she threw a magazine at me. It has a quiz that said "is he boyfriend material" and I chuckled.

"Alright.. What is this?"

"This is what you're going to keep your eyes on. Read the 1st question."

"Does he get jealous when you talk about other guys around him?" I said in a funny girly voice.

"Does he?"

"Well.. That one time when we were talking about how hot Liam Payne is he asked me to stop and I asked why and he wouldn't talk to me for 20 minuets."

"so YES!" She smiled. "NEXT QUESTION?!?"

I cleared my throat. "If you're having a bad day, do you drop what you're doing to text him?" I sighed. "actually... The other day I called him when I wasn't feeling good."

"STILL COUNTS!" She started to get excited. "NEXT!!"

"Does he call or text you daily?.. He texts me everyday so... Yes."

"YAY!!!"

"Does he get upset when you turn him down to hang out?"

"Didn't he get upset that day you couldn't hang out because of homework?"

"He did.."

I started to question this quiz and myself but continued reading on. " does he compliment you on how cute you look!"

"He does that to you everyday scar!"

I felt my stomach tie into a knot. "When he comes over, are your parents happy to see him?"

Marissa gave me a look.

"Well.. My dad asked where he was... And he really hit it off with him."

"Then Scarlett.." She paused and put her hand on my shoulder. "It's meant to me."

I said nothing as I watched her take the magazine and walk out the door. I looked out the window and saw her car drive off. I sighed and laid on the couch and thought for a bit. I smiled at this crazy Idea I had. I ran upstairs and thew on my vans to be more comfortable and I grabbed my sunglasses and ran out the door. It took me about a half hour to reach the front door. I knocked on it.

"Oh, hey .. Scarlett right?"

I looked Rocky up in down to see that he was in a swim suit.

"Uhm yeah..is Ross here?"

- Ross.

I was laying on the couch waiting for my dad to clean out the pool in my white hollister surf naked shirt and my neon pink swim trunks when I heard Rocky at the door.
