BAM! Kimara slammed face first into a tree, followed by Violet. The Violent sound of the portal diminished, leaving only the wound of the trees swaying and the chirps of the birds. Kimara rubbed her face, but soon enough, her pain faded away.
"Where are we now?", asked Kimara, but Violet was Silent. Through a small clearing she went, the sun gleaming on Violets tree stricken face.
"Come here, Kimara", she finally replied. Kimara clambered up the hill, dazed at a beautiful sight, tightly holding her necklace. WOW! She thought. There was rolling hills with creatures of all kinds. Beautiful lakes with fish sprouting out. There, in the sky, was a... dragon? probably just my imagination, it's just a bird. But she could feel that it was a dragon. Unbelievable. A DRAGON! Griffins too. Mermaids. This couldn't be real. Kimara pinched herself, but she didn't wake up. It was real.
From behind them, Kimara could feel eyes staring down at her. A deep, concentrated breath came out. She turned around, and in the darkness was a pair of red eyes, and the creature bared it's visible teeth and made a leap...
