SUMMARY:
Aphrodite Mason was always skeptical as to why she got such a strange name, she always knew she had a Greek background from her mother's side, but she never got to explore it for her mother had died when she was at such a young age.
Her father had told her it was because she was extremely beautiful until she was eleven and her powers started developing. In Cyprus where she resided they called her a Messiah for everytime an old couple were having troubles conceiving after meeting her they were fertile. She ultimately got tired of all the attention and praise, because she hated being called a Messiah, for she was raised as a Christian and thought of it as a messed up version of Blasphemy, she moves to Beacon Hills.
