PLOT Destiny could be described in many words; crazy, insane, mental. But the one word that was used accurately to describe her was troubled.
At a young age, Destiny showed signs of mental illness; she would talk to inanimate objects and make them float or shatter or even alter their form. Everyday when she got home from school, the first thing she would do was ask the table's centerpiece 'how it's day went' or she would tape her fingers in order to protect the amount of skin cells that weep in agony from when they made contact with something.
Sometimes, when she went to play outside with the other children, she would find herself talking to a plant growing on the playground which led the other kids to label her as crazy or insane. Of course, those kids would somehow get into an accident. Either their seesaw somehow launched them so far in the sky they could taste the clouds or they would go down the slide and land right on the other side of the school.
It wasn't until she proclaimed that the kitchen knife floated by itself to stab her mother 23 times repeatedly -after an argument they were having about her interacting with inanimate objects- that her father admitted her into Eichen House.
It was at that moment that her loathing for the human race began. At night a voice would fill her head with thoughts that she was destined for greatness or she was the greatest of all time (hence GOAT) and this made her think everyone was beneath her and led her to reply in short answers when she was spoken to.
But, when a pale lanky boy bearing the name of Stiles gets admitted into Eichen house, she finally finds the voice that filled her head with thoughts whose only purpose was to harness her powers for his bidding.
