Mate

"Why does she not know". He said angrily holding me even closer.

"Sorry Alpha I didn't think she would've been ready for all of this right now". Jason said with fear all over his face.

What are they even on about, ready for what and what aren't they telling me.

"She's 18 didn't you think she could have possibly found her mate any time soon".He said shouting and growling, I turn around to see his eyes are complete black and I can't help but cry even more and this time it's louder as I am terrified. I feel so small and useless in his arms knowing I'm not able to do anything.

My parents look terrified too but they are just sitting there completely quite with their head down,which is making me angry, how can they just sit there.. do they even care about me at all and why aren't they doing anything. what really surprises me is that Luke is also just sitting there with his head down doing nothing which just breaks my heart as I thought out of all people he would at least be the one who would have helped me but I can see the guilt in his face once he looks up at me crying. This makes me cry even more who is this stranger that my brother can't even stand up to him for me. I thought he would always protect me from everything like he's always had, no one could do anything to me as he was  always by my side but now.. now I don't even know anymore which scares me and for some reason I feel this strength build up inside of me.

"LET GO OF ME NOW". I scream at the stranger.

Then he just lets go of me and pushes me to the ground while he's standing looking down at me looking so scary, his eyes now glowing golden and I can't help but start to cry again like a baby. I notice in the corner of my eye that Luke stood up looking angry and see him walking towards me which makes me feel so relieved until he stops when hearing an extremely load growl. The man is now standing right in front of me blocking me from Luke, The growl had me shaking, it had the whole room shaking and how even his he growling like that. I'm so scared and don't know what to do, I just wish this is all a dream.

"Alpha I'm sorry, I just did not want to scare my daughter. I didn't want her to leave us after finding out about Jason and Luke". My mother spoke.

"About what mum, what are you hiding from me and who is this man, why is anyone not saying anything". I say full on sobbing.

I can see that the strangers eyes are now complete black but turn back to those lovely emerald coloured eyes they were before after seeing me on the floor all shaken up and sobbing his face drops looking upset. He starts walking towards me slowly but I quickly start to crawl backwards while still looking at him but he begins to look hurt which makes my heart hurt for some reason. I'm supposed to hate him but seeing him upset is doing something to me, I feel the need to be closer to him.

"I'm not going to hurt you Leah, I need you to come back here now so we can explain to you what's going on". He said while looking deep into my eyes and I just froze, I was caught up in his eyes again.

"Now" he said sternly

"No" I said back trying to sound confident but the word just came out as a whisper.

"Do what I say Leah, don't make me bring you here myself, I haven't got time for this". he growled.

"Don't talk to me like that, I don't belong to you.
You have no right to walk into my home and order me and my family around". I said as confidently as I could.

"You do belong to me, I'm warning you Leah. Get yourself back here". He said annoyed.

I tried to stay silent but all I could do was cry,  I saw him walking towards me and I tried moving back but my back has now hit the wall. I start crying even more louder while he picks me up I try kicking him but it's useless. I feel him rubbing my back, I think he's trying to calm me down and I can't help but just melt under his touch. I don't know what's going on, I'm so confused with everything that's happening and I don't know how to feel. I flinch as I feel sparks go through my entire body as his skin touches mine, then hear him chuckle. I now feel myself slowly lean into him,with my head against his shoulder. He tightens his grip even more while rubbing my back making me feel sleepy, I want to get away but body's not letting me. He sits back down with me back into his laps and everyone is just looking at me surprised that I stopped crying and shouting and making a scene. I mean I'm shocked myself but I can't help it, his touch just makes me feel so relaxed and I don't want to do anything else but stay in his arms. What am I even thinking.

"Jason do you want to explain everything to her now that she's calmed down and willing to listen". He said with authority in his voice which sent a shiver down my spine.

"Darling me and your brother are werewolves". Jason says. I stay there shocked not knowing what to think.

"we are part of a packed called the silver creek pack. That's why we moved so we can join this pack, the man you're sitting with is our Alpha. The Alpha is the leader of the pack and he is also your mate". Jason says nervously.

"Mate??". I whisper.
