The screaming of my parents never seem to stop. For days now all they seem do is argue, I run my fingers through my blond hair and sigh wishing things were the way we were when I was younger I wish I could be with my cousin Isaac right now, but the sad realization is that we are on opposite sides of the world. Me in London UK and him in the small town Beacon Hills. The screaming got louder and glass was getting smashed. I sob and whip out my phone dialling Isaac's number, he answered after three long rings.
"Amber?" I sob loudly "Amber are you alright?! Are they fighting again?" I was bombarded with loads of questions.
"That's all the ever seem to do now! C-can't I just stay with you?"I whispered
"Amber?! But you love London" he said surprised, I sob again
"Isaac are you on your phone?" a shrill voice squealed
"uh yeah, sorry but I have to deal with this. My family is having alot of trouble" he mumbled
"alright but do it out of class" another loud crash came from downstairs. I bury my head in the pillows and sob
"just please Isaac! This isn't a family anymore we're endangering ourselves. I can't handle being here anymore, they aren't me family they're just strangers" he sighed I could tell he was running his fingers through his curly blond hair deep in thought
"are you sure you want to leave Winter though? If you hate your life that much i'll talk my dad" I grab my One Direction pillow and hug it to my chest
"Yeah. I can't stay here anymore, I need you and Uncle" I whisper. He let out a slight gasp knowing the me and my best friend Winter are unseperable.
"I swear if your stupid drunken father hit you" he mutter "has he?" I stayed silent he sighed "Amber?"
"yes." I choked out. I wiped at my eyes and sobbed again
"that drew the line, Winter or no Winter you're moving in with us Amber. No one can hit my cousin." I sob again
"okay. What do I say to mum?" I ask
"Nothing I'll talk to dad after school. But for now I really have to go. Get out of that house for the love of god Amber stay at Winters until you come here"
"okay I'll leave now. But Isaac?" I said quietly
"yeah?" I sob
"thank you, I love you"
"don't thank me Amber, and I love you too" then we hung up. I rushed around grabbing clothes and my phone charger.
I texted Winter
To Winter: Coming over staying awhile
From Winter: okay see you soon
I picked up my backpack and rushed past my fighting parents and ran to Winters house. I knock once then walk in and run to Winters room, I open the door and stood there staring at her. She dropped her iPhone and opened her arms for a hug, I run into them.
"I'm going to live with Isaac." I said when we pulled away, she stared at with with her wide blue eyes.
"Why?! Wait nevermind but you said you'd call him if Jeremy hit you! WAIT did he hit you?" I nod biting my lip.
"I- Come with me!" I said griping her arms tighty
"you know I can't" I sob again and bury my head in the shoulder.
"I know so this means we have to enjoy our time together" I said.
