My eyes snap open to an odd sound coming from out my window, I crawl out of bed trying not to disturb the sleeping Stiles Stilinki next to me and walk over to the window. I slide it open and peek my head outside. I shift my eyes to wolf eyes so I can see out in the dark, I scan the yard and find nothing. I scale the wall and stand on the roof. I feel a tap on my shoulder I turn around and find Aidan standing there with a dozen roses, he holds them out and stares at me with the sames eyes he use to look at me with.
"I'm sorry I treated you poorly earlier, and Amber I really am still am in love with you. Just to let you know I do not expect you to love me as you use to, nor do I expect you to even have feelings for me I left you when you were in a ahrd spot in your life and I know as a boyfriend that, that is not a good thing to do. I just want you to know that I am so sorry." He stared at me with soft brown eyes, I sigh and look at him with untrusting eyes
"I understand that you still love me and it's good that you can point out your mistakes but I do not forgive you and I don't know if I ever can, I mean for one you left me and I understand that you did but now your pack is hunting down my pack and you are indangering my life, Winters' and my friends and my family and that is not cool. I don't care if you 'don't have a choice' so yeah this was your choice to join the pack so it is your choice to do this" I said placing my hand on my hip. He got down on his knees
"please Amber please!" I scoff and turn to leave, but he grabbed my wrist and wolfed out trying to go all Alpha. I shifted as well and growled at him he looked at me weirdly but he began to charge, but I took the advantage and threw him off the roof and we began to fight. Suddenly Ethan ran in and grabbed Aidan
"dude! What are you doing?! YOu said you were gonna try and win her back but here you are battling with her! I'm pretty sure that is not how you win a girl back!" Ethan shoved him once he and I turned back.
"She won't take me back Eth" Aidan whined like a five year old, I scoff and roll my eyes
"yeah I wouldn't either if i were her" I smile knowing Ethan hasn't changed, he's still the kind reasonable one hes use to be. I yawn and ruffle my hair
"well if you guys are going to agrue I am going to go back to bed WITH Stiles so good night Ethan I'm glad ONE of you is the same" I spat and clibed back up then wall and cuddled up to Stiles.
~:~ Next Morning ~:~
I feel Stiles stir next to me around seven thirty the next morning, I open my eyes and meet his
"well good morning handsome" I tease the tired mortal
"mm you're talking" he laughed ruffling my probably awful bed head I swatt his hand away and let out this god awful bloody squeal, his eyes widen and he starts to laugh
"don'tttttttttt maaake itttt wooooorseee Sttiiiiiiilleeesssss" I drag out
"sorry!" he laughed again, I smile and get our of bed he frowned and pulled the blankets over his head and tried to go back to sleep
"nooooo way Stilinki there's school today" he groaned and rolled out of bed
"I need to borrow Scotts clothes" I nod and shove him out of my room so I could get chanaged. Once he leaves I pull on sweat pants and a Bat Man belly shirt. I tie my hair up and tie my bandana around my head, I put on simple makeup and go downstairs. There I fine Melissa, Winter, Scott and Stiles all talking at the kitchen table,
"well good morning Sissy Poo" Scott says as I approach the table
"good morning Scotty Poo" I laugh and grab his other slice of toast, he pouted and took Stiles who took Winters who stood there pouting until Melissa gave Winters her and went to go makes coffee
"well that worked out well" Stiles said making everybody laugh. That was the moment when I realized that although all this bad stuff has happened in my life I am still happy, I mean how could I not be I have a great new brother and mother and I feel like they will never let me go. And I have an amazing new friend whom I have weird feelings for and my best friend has come down for a while. The town is great and I know that I am not failing any of my classes because I have already covered all of that in my old school. My life has suddenly started trurning around and I have never been so happy in my life. I smile a real smile and everybody seems to notice
"I-I now this probably sounds so wrong to say because of all that has happened to me recently but I am really happy and I feel like my life is starting to turn around and it's all because of you guys and I just want to thank you" Melissa smiled and walked around the table to give me a hug
"you are a part of our family now Amber, making you happy is what we are going to try and do. I've heard about your past from the Sheriff and I want you to know that this family will be nothing likfe your old one" I bury my face in her shoulder and try not to cry. Then we all leave for school and Melissa off to work.
We have a group at school now, Scott, Stiles, Winter, Allison and I. Although Allison and Scott are in a rough patch right now and are on the brink of breaking up. I am standing at my locker which is three down from Stiles when I get the feeling that someone is watching me, I turn around and find Aidan staring at me from across the hall. My eyes' widen, I quickly slam my locker shut and walk over to Stiles
"please tell me you see him too right?" I ask casually leaning against the lockers next to his, he turns around and looks around the hall. Then his eyes' land on Aidan
"oh this is beautiful now we have stalker killer werewolves following us aorund at school? As if school isn't hard enough as it is!" he groaned and pulled out his phone probably to text Scott.
"Well I mean Derek and I could probably kick their asses if it turns out they're actually that bad" I say with a shrug. Stiles laughs slight and shuts his locker right as the bell rings, then we walk off to class with barely a care in the world. I honestly do not think anything could ruin the good mood i'm in right now.
