Once again Frodo Baggins woke to the beautiful light of the Shire. Frodo lived in a hole in the ground, but this was not a filthy, muddy hole; this was a Hobbit hole. He sat on the side of his small, but sturdy bed and thought about his previous adventures in Middle Earth. Then at once he remembered that today was the day Gandalf was coming to visit. Excitedly he ran out of his room, jumping over the small table as he went. He skidded to a halt at the pantry door; he looked and quickly chose something to eat. Running through the sircular green door of his uncle's home, he raced around the corner bumping into Pippin as he went.

"Frodo! Why are you in such a hurry?" asked Pippin.

"Gandalf is visiting remember?" he shouted with excitement.
