Mitch's P.O.V
I wake up with a terrible feeling that something bad is going to happen or already has. I go downstairs where there is no- one up and grab a bowl of cereal. While I eat I take my phone out of my pocket and ring Mat. It's early in the morning but he has school and will be up.
“Hey Mat, are you okay?”
“Yeah babe, why wouldn't I be?”, I can hear his voice shaking slightly but I don't question it.
“I don't know, I didn't sleep very well, I miss you too much”
“I miss you too”
“Did you go to the cinema with Rob?”
“Yeah, I didn't really pay attention to the movie though, I had a nightmare after as well”
“About the movie, are you scared of Thor?”, I chuckle a little bit trying to lighten the mood.
“NO, it was about you, you were on the beach and Jerome was burying you in the sand, then he kissed you and you told me that you didn't love me and I started falling through the sand”, I hear his voice break as if he is about to cry.
“The thing about that Mat is that”
“It's real?!”
“No, it's a dream you numpty, I love you more than anything in the world”
“Who's that then, Mitchell?, I hear Ian's voice come from the door to the kitchen, he has a massive grin on his face.
I just quickly say into the phone,
“I gotta go babe, I'll call you later”, then I hang up and Ian starts laughing.
“Aww, has Mitch got a girlfriend? Is Mitch missing his girlfriend?”
“Yes and No, Just don't tell anyone”, I plead.
“Okay just as long as she comes to visit at some point”, He answers with a massive grin on his face.
I just nod then walk out of the room, it's not that bad that he thinks I have a girlfriend, it's just the visiting part.
I could use my sister but Jerome has met my sister before, yet another reason for me to tell Jerome. There has been so many but I just keep ignoring them. I text Mat:
Ma = Mat Mi = Mitch
Mi: I need to tell Jerome about us x
Ma: Why? X
Mi: because Ian thinks I have a girlfriend and that she is coming to visit, My sister could come but Jerome knows her xxx
Ma: Okay but i'm telling Rob then x
Mi: Okay, thanks love you x
Ma: Love you too x
I put my phone down and shout through the house forgetting how early it is,
“JEROME, I NEED YOU KNOW!”, My voice cracks slightly and I think about how hard this is going to be and what if he doesn't accept it, what if he doesn't like me anymore?
“What are you shouting for, it's like 8 in the morning”, Jerome waddles in half-asleep.
“I need to talk to you about something”
“Okay shoot”
“Erm Me-I have- I mean I er Ma-”, I feel my throat closing up.
“Mitch just spit it out already”
“MeandMataredatingwehavebeenforthelasttwoyearsI'msorryididn'ttellyou”, I spit out as fast as I could.
“Sorry I only speak english”, I laugh slightly at this as I start to calm down, I take a deep breath,
“Me and Mat are dating, we have been for the last two years, I'm sorry I didn't tell you”, I lean back slightly waiting for him to react.
“Really that's cool, I'm glad you told me but something tells me you have a reason to tell me.”
“Erm yeah”, I feel a bit shocked at his reaction,
“Ian heard me talking to him on the phone and thought I had a girlfriend, who was coming to visit. I could probably get my sister to come but you know her so I had to tell you”
“Okay, but why don't you get your sister and Mat to come over for Christmas because then you won't be acting as down and the guys will just think it is you sister”, I nod and say,
“Yeah I will”, He hugs me and says,
“Just remember I am always here if you need me”
“Thanks”
(So that was that, I need an OC for Jerome's girlfriend, if I don't get one then I will make my own. 2 more votes till the next chapter!
