Mitch's P.O.V
Today is January 23rd. Today is Mat and my anniversary. I am going to do the same as I did last year and cook a nice meal. Also, the guys are going to help me, Jerome and Kayleigh are going to distract Mat for the day and Ty, Ian and Quentin are going to make outside look all pretty because we will be eating out there. Adam and Charlie are helping me with the meal.
Everyone in the house has grown to love Charlie over these past few weeks and he is so sweet it is unbelievable, he is also so much like Adam. Mat, Jerome and Kayleigh have just left so I walk into the kitchen to start preparing.
On my way I hear a little voice behind me, "Mitchy, do I get to hep you?". I turn to see Charlie, still in his Fireman Sam pajamas (Do they have Fireman Sam in America? Charlie is based off of my little cousin, who loves Fireman Sam) , "Yeah, course ya do kiddo! Why don't you go find your daddy and get dressed first?". He mutters an okay then wanders off. I chuckleto myself and continue to the kitchen.
It takes us a total of two hours to prepare the meal of pasta and tomato sauce with lots of different herbs and spices. Also with a cake for dessert. I start to wonder how Jerome and Kayleigh are doing keeping Mat oblivious.
Mat's P.O.V
"Why are we here?", I ask for the billionth time. "Because, Mathew, I need a new pillow!", Jerome answers yet again. Kayleigh chuckles when I reply, "But why did I have to come?". "Because, Mathew, I said so", he is really getting on my nerves now. Then it clicks, Mitch! He got Jerome and Kayleigh to keep me busy while he gets a suprise ready like last year! "Jerome, I know that you don't need a pillow, I know that you are only distracting me from the house because Mitch is planning an amazing dinner or something so can we just like go do something fun?", they both turn giving me death glares when I say it, "How did you know?", Jerome asks sounding slightly offended. "Because, Jerome, it is the sort of thing Mitch would do, he did the same last year!", He flops down on to one of the beds on show in the shop and sighs.
We end up going and spending two hours in the arcade until Kayleigh gets a text saying that we can go back now.
Mitch's P.O.V
I have to get dressed! Mat will be here soon! "Stop worrying! Everything will be fine!", Adam tells me as he cradles a napping Charlie in his arms. I nod and march out of the kitchen and upstairs to get changed. When I come back down everyone is getting ready to leave since Mat will be here any minute and they didn't want to ruin it for us.
I hear the front door slam and start to panic as the guys file out and I hear Mat's footsteps run upstairs. I rush around trying to get everything in order and I have just placed the meals on the table when I feel a pari of warm arms wrap around me. I lean into the touch and breathe in Mat's scent. "This is amazing", he says gesturing to the table, "Thankyou, I love you so much Mitch, you don't even know". I smile as we sit down and start eating.
As we finish our pudding Mat turns to me with a black rectangular box and says, "Happy Anniversary Mitch", and hands me the box. "You didn't have to get me anything", I reply whilst cautiously taking the box. He just gives me the don't-even-start look and I chuckle. Looking down at the box I notice it is soft and velvety, I open it up and inside is a chain with a dog tag on the end. Engraved on the dog tag it says, "23/01/11 ILYTTMAB, Forever and ever and ever" (ILYTTMAB means I love you to the moon and back) . My face lights up as I wrap it around my neck and lean across the table. Mat and my lips meet half way, pressing gently together in a love-filled kiss that I wish could last forever.
Adam's P.O.V Sorry for all the changes!
We walk back in the house after deciding that they had had enough time. I slowly creep upstairs to put Charlie to bed and see clothes strewn all down the hall way and alomst gag at the mental image of what happened. I put Charlie in his little bed next to mine and Alesa's and kiss his forehead. Then I just stand there staring at him for a little while. He has put on a bit of weight since he has been here, which the doctor said was good. I cannot imagine why Dawn would abandon him, he is such a good boy and is so beautiful that it is hard to imagine anyone being able to leave hime nevermind his own mother! I sigh and crawl into bed myself waiting for Alesa to come up.

This chapter has nothing to do with the competition but I seem to remember saying that if I got 28 votes then I would update so I did an that is why this is only 982 words, hopes you liked and remember that if you wanna torcher me you can follow me and then two days of voting will happen then I will have to write 1000+ words for every vote!!
