The lady comes out with the lemonade. My phone vibrates in my pocket. I get comfortable with my feet slightly on the table and my chair tilted back to pull out my phone and see who needs me now.

Before I can even unlock my screen, his name pops up. Ugh. What does he want now? Quickly typing in the set in password to reveal the message.

A.McCoy: Remember to go to the office right after school. You have some paperwork and a meeting to work through.

D.McCoy: Yes sir.

A.McCoy: I know you're not in your lessons, son. I don't care whether or not you're there, as long as you're making us money while you're gone.

D.McCoy: Don't worry about your money. Its not being wasted where I'm at as far as your concerned.

A.McCoy: You have some balls coming on to me like that son. Don't be wasting your time. Remember, time is money is power.

D.McCoy: Don't worry about me. Worry about the son you haven't seen in decades. I heard he ended up in jail again.

I never got a reply back. Faintly, I can hear something about the lady and disrespecting boys, I look up from my phone and notice her tense posture and clenched hands. Pulling up the phone keyboard, I dial 911 and leave it there in case this lady tries something on me. I turn off my phone and slide it in my pocket with my hand and leave it there. If she tries something I can just whip it out real quick and press call. She mumbles something under her breath that I have trouble hearing. Both Senna and I lean closer but she doesn't repeat anything.

I notice Senna obnoxiously moving her mouth super wide and long like she's trying inhale the air or test her cheek flexibility. Either way, she catches my full attention, and I turn to her only to try not to laugh out loud. Obviously, she's trying to tell me something but I can't make out anything she's trying to say. I have to puff my cheeks to keep in the air that wants to leave in laughter. Usually, Tristan is the one making a fool out of himself because of a girl, never the girl making a fool out of herself..by herself. She's really something else.

She stops mouthing unintelligible words and just stares at me with a starstruck face. Oh great. The stupid side again. All the girls get stupid when they look at me like this. Suddenly, a gross expression crosses her face, confusing me. She looks me in the eye before nearly gagging out whatever food in her and I almost laugh again. Okay, I'll admit, that was new.

The lady mutters something about a table but I can't stop looking at Senna. Every thought that crosses her mind is displayed in every feature of her face. The way her eyes widen slightly in embarrassment, the tint of pink that rises, her brown eyebrows twitching in sign of annoyance. I can watch her forever just sitting here. Usually girls are easy to read but never this easy. I can't help but smile at the refreshing scene in front of me.

Smack!

"Ow! Lady what was that for?" I rub the top of my head as the woman banshees about how disrespectful kids are these days. Oh hell no. Tristan comes in wearing the clothes he left in my car from freshman year, and I would've laughed at the sight if there wasn't a crazy lady in front of me hitting me like I'm her damn husband. Seriously, who would marry her?

"And you!" the lady points at Tristan with a stick in hand. Boy, should've kept his mouth shut. "You are the one I detest the most!" All the color seemed to drain from his hair and spill onto the floor.
