i am humbled that by chance, you have stumbled upon this book and then have proceeded to read it. so: thank you.
what i would like to warn my readers is that this book can contain mature themes... and whilst suicide is the leading cause of death in some countries and thousands of milllenials are clutched in the ever-growing hands of depression, there are some who can be overwhelmed by this harsh truth. There are some in this world, who have experienced these struggles, and cannot afford to feel the same pain be read upon a screen once again.
if you are one of those people, please stop reading.
another warning is that my chapters are very short. these "chapters" are actually meant to be notes, so please keep that in mind.
with that being said, i hope you relish this book in the way that i have relished writing it.
