Chapter 15: CODE RED!

Megamind's POV

I've been working on this new plan all night. I'm almost done. I set the golden pellet in the heater. Minion walks in.

"Good morning sir." He said.

"Minion! I have wonderful news!" I said smiling.

"Okaaaaay." He said unsure of what I was saying.

"Look. Since I miss getting my butt kicked, I've decided to create a new hero!" I cheered.

I pull out the pellet and laugh evilly.

"Is this what you've been doing all night?" Minion asked.

"Yes and it's finally going to work!"

"It seems bad." He said.

"Yes it's a bad one, Minion." I smiled.

"No. What you might think is bad is good but on this subject, it's just plain bad." He explained.

"Nonsense Minion." I said.

"What's with they yelling?" Emily asked walking to us rubbing her eyes.

"Your father has gone crazy." Minion said spinning his finger in a circle next to his head.

"No I have not!" I yelled.

Emily crosses her arms and gives me a oh really? look.

"Maybe I have. But I'm going to create a new hero!"

"WHAT!" She screamed, "Dad have you lost your mind??"

"Apparently not." Minion answered.

I punched his shoulder.

"No I haven't sweetie." I said.

Something starts ringing and I look around.

"What on earth is that?"

"It's your phone Dad." Emily answered.

"Ollo?" I answered the phone.

"It's hello Dad." Emily corrected.

"Hello?"

"Bernard, it's Roxanne." She answered.

"It's Roxanne." I whispered to Minion and Emily.

Minion tries to listen while Emily rolls her eyes.

"I think I just found Megamind's secret hideout." She said.

We look at the cameras and see her face.

"HOW DID SHE FIND MY HIDEOUT-how did you find his hideout?"

"It's the only building with a fake hideout on top." She answered.

"Oh okay. There's no way she'll find the secret entrance-"

Roxanne gasps, "There's a door matt here that says secret entrance." She said stepping through.

"MINION!" I yelled.

"I kept forgetting where it was." He said with an innocent smile.

"Oh you think you're sooo innocent." Emily said waving her arms.

"You're not so innocent yourself." He replied.

"Well I am the innocent flower, but the serpentine under it." She explained. (If you know where that line is from then you are amazing *Cough* story? Oh yeah, right.)

"Which proves that you're not innocent!" Minion yelled.

"GO ARGUE SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"What was that?" Roxanne asked.

"On not you Roxie I was talking to my mother's urn. Just hold on one second I'll be right there." I said.
