When I woke up the next morning the sun was already shining through the blinds. I sat up and looked around, I had been living here for a couple of weeks now, but I still wasn't used to waking up here, I liked my room back in the Institute in Phoenix better, but oh well, I certainly didn't want to go back there in foreseeable future, too many memories.

Yesterday had been rough, especially for Victoria and Andrew. The look on Victoria's face when she had looked at Andrew was heartbreaking. She really seemed to love him, well ok, they are Parabatai, they kind of have to love each other. Somehow it was different between them though.

I decided to go look if they were still in the infirmary. So I got up and dressed and brushed my teeth. It was still quite hard for me to navigate through the huge building, back in Phoenix I would have known exactly where to go, but I guess I was gonna find my way around more easily soon. After fifteen minutes of wandering around without actually knowing where I was going I finally found the infirmary. For a second I contemplated going in. If they were still in there would they even want to see me? I decided to go in anyways.

At first I thought the room was empty, but then I saw two figures squeezed together in one bed, arms and legs completely tangled. I stepped closer. They were still dirty, but they definitely didn't look as pale as yesterday anymore. They looked kinda cute, so peaceful. Especially Andrew looked really hot, but that was maybe just because he fitted my type. Tall, dark haired, dark eyed. Though I would never admit that, obviously.

Andrews eyelids fluttered open. His gaze went down to Victoria who was snuggled up against him. He softly shook her and she woke up, too. It felt a bit weird just standing there and watching them. She smiled at him and hugged him. "How are you feeling?" She asked and gently touched his arm. "I feel ok...what exactly happened?" He asked. "You got bitten, a couple of ribs were broken but it seems you're better now." Victoria told him. Andrew looked down at his still heavily bandaged torso.

I cleared my throat to draw attention to me. As expected they turned their heads towards me. "Uhm, sorry, I didn't wanna seem creepy...I just wanted to check on you both." I said awkwardly. Victoria smiled at me. "That's nice of you." She said. Even Andrew gave me a small smile.

"Ok, I don't think you'll need these anymore." Victoria said and started to tear at Andrew's bandages. "Stop it, no!" Andrew said with a kind of shy look over in my direction and held Victoria's hands in place. "Oh come on, stop being a baby." She said, swatting away his hands and continuing to tear away the bandages. Andrew tried to stop her many times she just continued. Their hands kept on fighting but in a couple of seconds the bandages were gone and Andrew's bare torso was exposed. Something started fluttering in my stomach and I inconspicuously looked away. "Ok...I'll just...take a shower now." Andrew said, getting up, gripping his shirt from yesterday and almost running out of the room. Was I imagining things or was he shy?

"What was that?" Victoria said, looking after Andrew and then at me. "I...have no idea..." I lied. Victoria looked back in the direction Andrew just left. "Oh." She said and looked back at me. "I know what that was...uhm...I'll...take a shower, too. I mean, when Andrew's out of the bathroom...see you." She said, got up and followed after Andrew.

Ok, not weird at all. What the heck was that all about?
